The NTUC Health Graduate Programme is specially designed for Fresh Graduates to jumpstart your career in the Community Care sector. We have developed two tracks – Clinical: Nursing and Non-Clinical.

Following the Clinical track, you may look forward to growing your skills in the nursing sector and become a Nurse Manager, Clinician or Educator. On the Non-Clinical track, you may choose to start your career in Care and Programme Management, focusing on programme development for seniors or oversee a suite of eldercare services.
