Key Responsibilities
Setup and operate pharmaceutical production processes
Dispense, compound and fill active biological product batches as required to meet the production schedule.
Operation of automated washers, depyrogenation tunnel machines and wrapping of parts for sterilization activity.
Preparation of equipment including loading and starting of sterilization cycles in ovens and autoclaves.
Perform chemical and mathematical calculations to determine product potency for each batch compounding
Perform filter integrity testing using an automatic filter integrity test unit.
Perform visual inspection, labeling and packaging on semi-finished drug products.
Conduct in-process inspection and checks.
Complete batch documentation accurately and thoroughly, while adhering to the required quality and safety standards, and in a productive, cost-effective manner.
Perform cleaning and upkeep of the Grade A, B and C cleanrooms and production equipment.
Perform routine QC sampling and in-process testing of the product at various stages throughout manufacturing i.e bioburden sampling, pH and density sample testing, water sampling
Microbial sampling and swabbing of room and equipment.
Perform relevant production and laboratory housekeeping at all times and ensure equipment are in calibration state of use.
Report discrepancy/issues to manager, encountered during processing
Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, cGMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable.
Adhere to and comply with the company and departmental procedures, health & safety rules and regulations, and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Housekeeping at all times.
Participate in problem solving activity that arise during the processing.
Liaison with external vendors for instrument calibration and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Support IPT Automation Engineer in providing technical support to IPT on computerized/ automation systems
Perform first level automation support and troubleshoot with the IPT team
Perform automation maintenance, including system backup, disaster recovery, and obsolescence activities, and ensures automation systems remain in a validated state
Ensures timely resolution of identified automation issues and unplanned events identified in the daily walk-through
Escalate any ongoing automations issues to the Automation Engineer in a timely manner
Review PM’s being performed and look for continuous improvements opportunities
Manages automation hardware spare parts and to ensure availability of spares for all automation systems
Help to implement automation change controls with guidance from Automation Engineer to ensure that changes are completed on time following the required quality standards.
Supports a continuous improvement framework within Automation and the IPT, and works with team to identify and implement improvements

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine/non-routine quality monitoring and testing of utility systems and environmental monitoring of facility inclusive of Purified Water, Water for Injection, Pure steam, Compressed Gases, Classified Cleanrooms, Hygienic Areas and Laboratories.
