Key Responsibilities
Support AMHS production tool system for Stocker, OHT /ARV, AGV, Split/Merge tool, Counter, Vision system, Traceability tools etc.,
Operation System Trouble Shooting (Shift).
Closely work with Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing , IT , AMHS system , RMS , TSE , TAG , EDT , Tool view teams and raise remedy to resolve issues.
IT System Change Support and Fanout.
RCP / SCS Management.
MCS (Material Control System) Supporting
Operation System critical metric improvement
Automation Reporting
Assist Engineers in making quality and reliability improvements
Analyze and resolve system failure mechanism through effective problem solving

Pre-Requisites
Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing
A high level of motivation, disciplined and goal-oriented
Teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills in building positive relationships
Good work ethic, and ability to work independently and in a team setting
Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shift work

Key Responsibilities
You will investigate manufacturing issues related to Burn/Test processes as well as identify and implement solutions
Diagnose and resolve production lots and testing issues in a timely manner
Verify symptoms and to report network/software related issues
Extract yield reports and scrutinize tester/event logs to dispose low-yielding lots
Support Test Engineers’ requests on device analysis
To raise critical issues on important lots to the appropriate Engineers
Assist Engineers in developing processes to resolve process variance, equipment or device performance problems
Provide support to product quality control as well as ensure efficiency of equipment and processes

Higher Nitec in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering or related fields
