Key Responsibilities
Handle customers’/ airline/ agents enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
Attend to customers in collecting/ delivering of cargo including receiving of payments
Liaise with warehouse operations team as appropriate
Screens accuracy of paperwork submitted for inbound releases as well as acceptance on outbound shipments
Update consignments records in Cargo Management System (CMS) and airline systems and maintain computer database
Sorting and dispatching of cargo documents in accordance to airline requirements
Coordinate with carriers/ Ground Handling Agents and arrange transfer of all transshipment traffic
Conduct tracing activity and any other relevant action following short/ over shipments of documents/ cargo
Update filing as necessary
Supervising a team of subordinate working under the sections
Any other duties as assigned by the duty manager or step up to take supervisory role in the absence of the supervisor
Pre-Requisites
GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Levels
Experience in logistics & warehouse is an advantage
Tactful with interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and is able to provide excellent service level
Willing to perform work shift duties
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to multi-task

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Mise-en-place
Prepare food items in accurate and standard portion and quantities.
Prepare meals as directed and according to recipe, menu specification and expected standard.
Attend to any last minute additional meal order or menu changes due to flight delay.
Ensure all prepared foods are properly labelled with Day Sticker.
Ensure meals are prepared according to Work Order timings and are blast chilled accordingly.
Ensure personal and food hygiene practices are followed accordingly to standards set by Quality Assurance Department.
Maintain general cleanliness in the Kitchen area and as well as the equipment for Kitchen use.
Observe and practice safety rules and regulations.
Ensure food temperatures are within standard limits.
Ensure meals are prepared according to specifications.
Minimize wastage during food preparation.
Inform immediate superior if any equipment or utensils are damaged or not working.
Undertake any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Key Responsibilities
Operate safely and efficiently of all equipment and vehicles within classes permitted
Perform daily ground support equipment checks
Report immediately of all damages of equipment and vehicle immediately to the superiors
Perform manual marshalling at aircraft bays
Operate Aircraft Docking Guidance System (ADGS)
Insert and remove of aircraft wheel chocks based on airlines’ requirement
Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are cleaned
Report all Foreign Object Debris (FOD) to flight in charge (FIC)
Refuel ground support equipment
Perform general loading and unloading operations
Perform duty on docking and withdrawing PLB (Passenger Loading Bridge)
Read and interpret CPM & LIR
Act as mentor to new recruits in the organization

Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above
Able to obtain Airfield Driving Permit (ADP) after attended Aircraft Rules & Regulations Course (ARRC) conducted by internal instructor and Airfield Rules Test (ART) by CAG

Carries out servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance to ensure minimum downtime, ensuring quality job in compliance with safely standard

Ensure spare replacement is authorized from workshop in charge/executive
Lead by example and demonstrate good work practises to junior technicians
Follows safety policies, practices, administration etc. are enforced and compliance

Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic
Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic

Key Responsibilities
Accountable for ensuring that the allocation of resources is undertaken independently, without prejudice, and in-line with the planned business needs, the dynamic real-time operational demands, and the unscheduled customer requirements; whilst achieving the targeted levels of the current Service Level Agreements
Manage the issued rosters and ensure optimal staff coverage
Pre-plan deployment and decide on overtime necessary to meet service standards
Actively work with the Operational shift in-charge by providing expert advice, input, and direction in order to respond to dynamic changes during the shift; for example in cases of staff sickness or absence actively review allocation plans and make recommendations as to whether replacement or over-time is required. Undertake actions as agreed to update the administrative section regarding staff non-attendance
Maintain regular co-ordination and communication, to ensure that the decision support systems deliver functional results and are configured in-line with the operational needs. Keep up-do-date with all the existing and new system functionalities for the systems relevant to the allocation function
Work as part of a team of Resource Allocators ensuring smooth handover to and from colleagues on shift duties, and covering for other departments or areas as required
Liaise with the dnata Operations Control Centre (dOCC) and communicate any issues that will affect a handled flight or other departments proactively
Pre-Requisites
Must have excellent analytical skills and planning skills for Rostering, Over Time Planning and Leave administration
Previous experience of and proficiency in using existing decision support systems in use for Resources Allocation is desirable distinct advantage
Must have excellent analytical skills and be able to quickly respond to dynamic changes during the shift
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to effectively convey his/her proposed recommendations and changes in allocation
Must possess advanced computer skills with an awareness of specialist applications, packages, programme languages, and high proficiency of MS-Office
