Teacher-Student Service Agreement

Thank you for purchasing my class bundles. It's A pleasure to be your teacher and share my knowledge with you. I am very happy and excited to have class with you and guide you in your English learning journey.

Service Agreement Intent

This service agreement has been made to protect your side as a client and on my side as a service provider or tutor. You can use this document for your future references.

Agreement 1 – Student and Tutor Class Session Cancellation

1. You as a client are able to cancel the class scheduled 2 hours before the class time.

      If the class cancellation notification sends less than 2 hours, it is considered invalid cancellation, and the class is not            refundable.

2. Me as a service provider is able to cancel the class 2 hours before the scheduled class session. If I notice the cancellation is less than 2 hours, the class will be refundable.

3. If there is a life emergency, technical problems, natural forces and life-threatening events before or during the class time the class is totally canceled, and it is understandable. 

4. The paid classes are not refundable, but it can be transferable.

Agreement 2 – Change of schedules

1. You as a client are able to change the schedule depending on your availability and my availability as tutor.

2. Me as a tutor is able to change the schedule depending on your availability and my availability as tutor.

Agreement 3 – Changing of Lesson Materials

1. You as a client are able to change or choose your lesson materials depending on your level and interest.

Agreement 4 – Lesson Purchase

1. You can decide to purchase a lesson bundle from 12 lessons, 20 lessons, 30

      lessons, 40 lessons or 50 lessons depending on you. But I prefer monthly payment bases if you consider. 

Agreement 5 – Payment

1. Payment should be made before the class sessions.

2. You can pay through PayPal.
