Virtual Conference Conduct

Welcome to ISWTA 2021! To ensure you have full access and benefits of the virtual conference, please read through the following information.

Before the Event

• Upload your presentation videos, not more than 10 minutes each in YouTube before the conference day and register your video here. Please upload your video visibility as either Unlisted or Public.

• Please ensure your YouTube link is available until ONE WEEK after the conference day.

During the Event

• Please join this Google Meet link for Q&A.

• Conference schedule can be viewed here.

• Download the Conference Proceedings & Book of Abstracts from the following link.

• You can watch other presentation videos from the conference schedule at your own time by logging in to this link. The presentation time slot is only a guide but participants can watch the video and post comments at their own time.

Please take note that IEEE has a STRICT policy on no-show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at ISWTA 2021 using YouTube. Papers with NO SHOW participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. In this event, no refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the author.

Paper Submission

Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format. The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages long.

Visit the ISWTA2021 submission page to submit your manuscript.

Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

The decision on your paper will be informed via email by the dates listed.
