Chinese Faculty and Staff Association

The Iowa State Chinese Faculty and Staff Association (CFSA) is a nonpolitical, non-profit organization registered at Iowa State University. Its goal is to build a community to support the personal and professional development of Chinese faculty and staff, and to increase the visibility and awareness of Asian American heritage and culture throughout the Iowa State University campus, the larger Ames community, and beyond. CFSA membership is open to all faculty and staff at Iowa State University, regardless of race, gender, religion, age, marital status, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.
