This privacy policy applies to the iStyle Call Dialer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by HI SPACE .,JSC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

Collected to display caller names during calls, enable contact search in dialer, and provide smart contact suggestions for faster dialing.

• Call Logs

Collected to show detailed call history with timestamps, missed call notifications, and recent contacts for quick redialing.

• Phone State & Device Information

Collected to manage incoming/outgoing calls, detect call states, provide call screening for spam protection, and ensure proper call handling.

• Microphone & Audio

Required for voice calls, audio routing (speaker/earpiece), and call quality optimization during conversations.

• Media & Storage

Collected to allow users to set custom wallpapers for call screens, personalize contact photos, create custom call themes, and access media files for Fake Call feature to simulate realistic call scenarios.

• Notifications

Used to display incoming call notifications, missed call alerts, and important app updates to ensure users don't miss important calls.

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

Collected to monitor app performance, track crash reports, analyze usage patterns, and improve overall app stability and user experience.

• Personal Data Processing

Collected to provide personalized calling experience, smart contact matching, and enhanced call management features. You can stop data collection by revoking default dialer permissions or uninstalling the app.

• User Behavior & App Events

Collected to understand user preferences, optimize dialer interface, improve call quality features, and enhance overall app functionality based on usage patterns.

• Email & Phone Number

Collected to provide customer support services, user identification for future features, account management, and personalized assistance when needed.

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

• The time spent on the Application

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Provide and improve calling functionality.

• Enhance user experience with clean and efficient call UI.

• Detect spam calls (if you enable spam-block features).

• Communicate important updates about the App.

• Analyze usage patterns to improve app performance and features.

• Process your data on our servers in RAM memory for real-time calling services.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to ngthang120819988@gmail.com. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

PERMISSIONS EXPLANATION

This app requires the following permissions to function properly:

• READ_PHONE_STATE

Required to detect incoming calls, manage call states, and provide call screening functionality.

• CALL_PHONE

Essential for making outgoing calls through the dialer interface.

• MANAGE_OWN_CALLS

Allows the app to manage your phone calls and act as your default dialer.

• ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS

Required to answer incoming calls and display the call interface.

• READ_CALL_LOG & WRITE_CALL_LOG

Necessary to display call history, show missed calls, and maintain call records for your convenience.

• READ_CONTACTS & WRITE_CONTACTS

Used to display contact names during calls, enable contact search, and provide smart contact suggestions.

• READ_PHONE_NUMBERS

Required to access phone numbers for caller identification and contact matching.

• RECORD_AUDIO

Essential for voice calls and audio recording during conversations.

• MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS

Allows the app to adjust audio routing (speaker, earpiece, Bluetooth) during calls.

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

Required for downloading wallpapers, displaying privacy policy, and app updates.

• VIBRATE

Used for haptic feedback during calls and notifications.

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & READ_MEDIA_IMAGES

Necessary to access your photos for custom wallpapers and contact pictures.

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS

Required to show missed call notifications and important app alerts.

• USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT

Allows the app to display full-screen call interface when receiving calls.

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL

Essential for maintaining call services and displaying call notifications in the background.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at ngthang120819988@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
