A gallery of 3D limit shapes (to be updated time to time)

These were produced by the "tangent plane method" introduced in paper [3], and further developed in [1,2] below. Limit shape formation is a general phenomenon which says that random discrete surfaces converge (on a macroscopic scale) to a continuous deterministic limit surface.
