And the clock never stops ticking.....If you can handle the pressure of the melting clock run then you can handle just about anything. The concept is simple: One 4 km lap (broken down in two 2 km loops) with a time limit of 30 mins (when the time limit expires the next lap begins). Then another 4 km lap but with a time limit of 29 minutes, then another 4 km lap with 28 mins on the clock and so on until there is no one left. There will be no stopping the watch. Once the time for one lap ends the next one begins. Do as many or few laps as you can and stay to cheer on the runners that try to hang in there. It will be a party for all those on the sideline. By lap 11 you will have to run 5 min splits. You will run your heart out.
