Terms of Use (EULA)

Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the IslamiAI mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Apple EULA and Priority
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) where applicable. If there is a conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA will govern to the extent required.

About the App
IslamiAI provides Islamic lifestyle and guidance features, which may include prayer times, Qibla direction, Qur’an reading and listening features, reminders/notifications, Islamic content, and AI-assisted experiences such as AI Mentor, dream interpretation, and personalized analysis. Some features may rely on third-party content sources and services.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accounts and Access
Some features may require you to create an account and sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Purchases
The App may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly or yearly plans). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are controlled by Apple and your App Store account settings. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. We do not receive your full payment information.

Trials and Feature Limits
The App may allow limited trial access to certain premium features. Trial availability and limits may vary and may be enforced per device and/or per account. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time to prevent abuse or to maintain service quality.

AI Features and Important Disclaimers
The App may provide AI-generated responses for spiritual guidance, dream interpretation, and personalized analysis. AI outputs are generated from your inputs and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You should not rely on AI responses as professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, or definitive religious rulings (fatwas). You are responsible for how you interpret and use AI outputs. Do not use the App for emergencies or urgent matters.

User Content and Your Responsibilities
You may be able to submit text, prompts, or other content (“User Content”) to the App, including in AI features. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or that promotes violence or wrongdoing. You also agree not to attempt to misuse the App, bypass restrictions, interfere with services, reverse engineer, or access the App in an unauthorized way.

Third-Party Services and Links
Some App features rely on third-party services (for example, backend/authentication, content APIs, audio hosting, and AI services). The App may also include links that take you to third-party websites or services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features and content, to improve performance, maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or manage costs. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will operate without errors.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or created risk or harm to users, the App, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and/or deleting your account where available.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or reliance on any content, including AI-generated content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be made available wherever the Terms are posted and will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
