Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing or using the Islam Pro mobile application and any related websites, services or features (collectively, "Islam Pro" or the "Service"), these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions", "Terms" or "Agreement") will automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using Islam Pro.

Islam Pro provides Islamic lifestyle and learning tools through a mobile application, which may include prayer times, Qibla direction, Adhkār, Quran and Hadith content, Tasbih, Islamic calendars and schedules, reminders, Ask AI and related features (the "Services"). Certain paid plans (including Premium and any Pro or equivalent subscription tier offered from time to time) may include additional features. Some features may be labeled as beta or under development and may be released, changed or discontinued at any time.

This Terms and Conditions only grants you the right to use Islam Pro to benefit from Services within the scope defined herein and in any supplemental terms we publish for a specific feature. You are not allowed to copy or modify Islam Pro, any part of Islam Pro or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of Islam Pro, translate Islam Pro into other languages for redistribution or make derivative versions. Islam Pro itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights related to it, belongs to Islam Pro and its licensors.

Islam Pro is committed to improving the Service. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to Islam Pro or to charge for services, at any time and for any reason. We will not charge you for paid features without making it clear what you are paying for and through which app store or payment method the charge will occur.

Islam Pro stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy (a separate document). It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to Islam Pro secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which may compromise security and may cause Islam Pro not to work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things Islam Pro will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of Islam Pro require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Islam Pro cannot take responsibility for the Service not working at full functionality if you lack connectivity or data allowance.

If you use Islam Pro outside an area with Wi-Fi, your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies. You may be charged by your provider for data use, including roaming charges. You accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use Islam Pro.

Islam Pro cannot always take responsibility for the way you use Islam Pro. You must keep your device charged. If the battery runs out and you cannot use Islam Pro, Islam Pro cannot accept responsibility.

Although we endeavor to keep Islam Pro updated and useful, we rely on third parties (platforms, authentication, hosting, AI providers, location and sensor data) for some information and infrastructure. Islam Pro accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience from relying wholly on prayer times, Qibla direction, Adhkār content, Quran or Hadith displays, schedules, reminders, Ask AI answers, insights, calendars or other functionality of Islam Pro.

We may update Islam Pro. Islam Pro is available on mobile platforms whose system requirements may change. You may need to install updates to continue using Islam Pro. We do not promise that we will always update Islam Pro so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with every device or OS version. You should accept application updates when offered. We may stop providing Islam Pro or any feature at any time without prior notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end; (b) you must stop using Islam Pro and delete it from your device.

While using Islam Pro, please be aware that the Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or professional consulting advice, and is not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarly guidance (fatwa) or religious authority. Islam Pro shall not be responsible for any decision you make based on prayer times, Qibla readings, AI answers, reminders, insights or other information provided through Islam Pro.

0.1 Relationship to Privacy Policy and other terms: These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Islam Pro Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal data. By using Islam Pro, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy governs data practices and these Terms govern your use of the Service.

0.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may unilaterally amend and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this document periodically. We may notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website or in-app, updating the "Last updated" date or other reasonable means. Amendments are effective when published unless applicable law requires otherwise. You are obliged to follow amendments and updates and shall be deemed to have agreed to them if you confirm them or continue to use Islam Pro after publication. 0.3 Scope of Services and paid tiers: References in these Terms to "Services" mean the features available to you based on your subscription tier (Free, Lite, Premium, Pro or any successor tier we offer). Free and lower tiers may have feature limits. Paid tiers may unlock additional capabilities. Features described as "coming soon", "beta", "under development" or similar are not guaranteed to launch on any date or in any form. Islam Pro may modify tier names, pricing and feature sets at any time subject to app store rules and applicable law.

0.4 Location, sensors and third-party services: Certain features (including prayer times and Qibla) may use device location, compass/magnetometer sensors and third-party data. Accuracy depends on device hardware, permissions, calibration, environment and calculation methods. Islam Pro does not guarantee perfect accuracy of prayer times, Qibla bearing, mosque information or related outputs. You remain responsible for verifying times and direction as appropriate for your practice.

NOTICE TO THE USER: This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not understand this agreement or do not agree to be bound by it or the privacy policy, you must immediately stop using Islam Pro and uninstall it. Depending on the laws of the jurisdiction where you live, you may have certain rights that cannot be waived through this agreement. To the extent that any term is unenforceable as to you, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement. To use Google Play or the Apple App Store, you must comply with their account rules and any additional age restrictions. We do not allow use of Islam Pro by minors younger than 18.

Notice to parents and legal guardians: If you allow a minor to use Islam Pro in violation of these Terms, you are responsible for their activity. Contact contactislamproapp@gmail.com if you believe a minor is using Islam Pro without your approval.

Parties: This Agreement is between you, as the User, and the operator of Islam Pro ("Islam Pro", "we", "us" or "our"). Islam Pro and the User are each a "Party" and together the "Parties". By downloading, installing or using Islam Pro through the Apple App Store, Google Play or other distribution channel, you agree that you have read these Terms, understood them and approved all provisions.

Terms of use - end user license:

1. Grant of license: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Islam Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access, download, install and use the current generally available version of Islam Pro on a single mobile device (or as permitted by the app store) that you own or control, solely for your lawful personal use as an end user. Islam Pro is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Islam Pro reserves all rights not expressly granted. You may not duplicate, copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or permanently transfer Islam Pro or your rights under this Agreement except as expressly allowed.

2. Description of other rights and limitations:

2.1 Restricted use: While using Islam Pro, you declare and undertake not to engage in actions contrary to law or morality, including but not limited to: (i) reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or attempting to discover source code, algorithms, models or underlying structure of Islam Pro, except where prohibited by law; (ii) scraping, crawling, harvesting or using automated tools to access Islam Pro without written permission; (iii) interfering with servers, networks or security; uploading malware; or circumventing access controls; (iv) using Islam Pro to develop a competing product or to train models intended to replicate Islam Pro; (v) impersonating others or using Islam Pro for fraud, harassment or unlawful purposes; (vi) violating applicable laws or third-party terms; (vii) removing or altering copyright, trademark or proprietary notices; (viii) misusing Ask AI or other features to generate harmful, abusive or unlawful content. Islam Pro may restrict or terminate access without notice for breach of this section. Islam Pro reserves civil and criminal remedies.

2.2 Updates: Islam Pro may add or remove features. Islam Pro may require updates to continue use. You acknowledge that Islam Pro has no obligation to support previous versions. Updates may occur automatically or after notice, per app store settings.

2.3 Access and equipment: You provide equipment, connectivity and service plans at your expense. Islam Pro makes no representation that Islam Pro works on all devices, carriers or languages.

2.4 Purchase and cancellation: Paid features are sold through Apple App Store, Google Play or other platforms. Cancellation and refund rights depend on your country and the platform's policies. Contact the app store for refunds and subscription management.

2.5 Termination by Islam Pro: Islam Pro may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply. Upon termination, uninstall Islam Pro and cease all use.

3. Third-party services and content: Islam Pro may integrate third-party authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, AI and mapping or location-related services. Those services are subject to third-party terms and privacy policies. Islam Pro has no control over third-party websites or policies and is not responsible for damage or loss from reliance on third-party content or services. Links or integrations do not imply endorsement. You use third-party sign-in (Google, Instagram, etc.) at your own risk.

4. Security: Islam Pro, like other software, may not be 100% secure. You acknowledge risk of unauthorized access, interception or misuse. You are responsible for securing your device (passwords, biometrics). Islam Pro is not liable for unauthorized access to your device or data on it except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

5. Registration and authentication: Some features require registration via email, Google, Instagram or other methods we support. You are responsible for credential security. You must provide accurate information. Islam Pro may suspend accounts with inaccurate or suspicious information. Transactions through your authenticated account are deemed yours. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at contactislamproapp@gmail.com.

6. Uninstall and removal: To uninstall Islam Pro, use your device's application manager.

7. Consent to use of data: You agree that Islam Pro may collect and use technical and usage data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide updates, support, security and improvement of the Service, including location and sensor data when you enable related features.

User content: You may provide, upload, transmit, create, store, use, edit or share content such as text, profile information, schedules, reminder settings, Adhkār or Tasbih progress, favorites, chat messages to Ask AI, preferences and other materials with or through the Service ("Input"); and receive content such as prayer times, Qibla readings, reminders, AI replies, insights, notifications and other data generated or returned by the Service ("Output"). Input and Output together are "User Content". You may only provide User Content in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You represent and warrant that you own or have all consents, permissions, licenses and rights necessary to provide and license Input; that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and that Input does not violate any law or third-party rights. From the time of providing Input, you grant Islam Pro a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, worldwide license to store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, process, display, distribute and create derivative works of User Content as necessary to operate, improve, troubleshoot, secure, customize, backup, sync and develop current and future Islam Pro products and features (including algorithm and AI quality improvement where applicable), in all formats and media now known or later developed, without additional notice, permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. This license does not claim ownership of the Quran, Hadith or other sacred texts displayed by the Service. Islam Pro does not approve, endorse, verify or control User Content. You are solely responsible for User Content and consequences of using it. Islam Pro has no responsibility or liability for User Content except as required by law. You shall not (i) upload or share User Content or (ii) use Islam Pro in violation of these Terms or applicable laws. You may not use Islam Pro to develop models that compete with Islam Pro. You agree to indemnify the Indemnitees (defined below) from claims that your User Content infringes third-party rights or results from your breach of these Terms.

Algorithmic and informational output: You understand and agree that: (i) Output is generated by software, algorithms, data models and, where applicable, AI systems; (ii) Output may be false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading; (iii) Islam Pro does not warrant that Output is accurate, suitable or current; (iv) Output is not professional, medical or scholarly religious advice and does not constitute a fatwa; (v) Islam Pro has no obligation or liability for Output; (vi) Islam Pro is not liable for damages arising from reliance on Output; (vii) you use Output at your own risk; (viii) you should not rely on Islam Pro as your sole basis for religious, legal or material decisions; (ix) similar inputs from different users may yield similar outputs; (x) you must not mislead others into believing Output was produced solely by a human where that would be deceptive; (xi) you should not use Output as the sole basis for decisions with legal or material impact on any person; (xii) prayer times and Qibla direction may vary by calculation method, device sensors and location accuracy.

Islamic content and religious disclaimer: Islam Pro displays Islamic content for personal learning and worship support. Calculation methods for prayer times and Qibla may differ by school, region or settings. Always verify important religious matters with qualified scholars or local mosque authorities. Islam Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any mosque, scholarly body or religious institution unless we state otherwise in writing. You use all features at your own risk.

Not professional advice: Islam Pro is not a law firm, financial advisor, tax advisor, medical provider or religious authority. Nothing in Islam Pro constitutes professional advice. Consult qualified professionals or scholars for decisions affecting your faith practice, health, business or legal obligations.

Intellectual property rights: Islam Pro and its licensors own the Service, software, source and object code, algorithms, models, designs, UI, logos, trademarks, documentation, databases and all related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. "Intellectual property rights" means patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, moral rights and similar rights worldwide. You may not delete or alter proprietary notices. You may not use Islam Pro trade names or marks without prior written consent. Sacred texts and third-party Islamic content remain subject to applicable rights and attributions. You are responsible for content you contribute. You warrant you have rights to use it. Islam Pro respects copyright, privacy and personal rights. If you believe materials on Islam Pro infringe your rights, send a notice to contactislamproapp@gmail.com including: (a) identification of the work or right; (b) identification of the material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury where applicable; and (f) your signature or electronic signature.

Objectionable content: Islam Pro may remove content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, spam, malware or otherwise objectionable. Islam Pro has no obligation to monitor all content but may do so.

Prohibited uses of Islam Pro (non-exhaustive): You agree not to use Islam Pro to: violate any national or international law; exploit or harm minors; generate or spread verifiably false information to harm others; harass or defame others; discriminate unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with Islam Pro operation; collect personal data of other users without consent; or use Islam Pro in any manner that could disable, overburden or impair Islam Pro.

Beta, experimental and under-development features: Features labeled beta, preview, under development, coming soon or similar are provided as-is, may contain errors and may be withdrawn at any time. Islam Pro does not warrant that such features will succeed, remain available or achieve any particular result. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for all consequences of use.

Cloud sync and data loss: When signed in, your settings, schedules and related data may sync via cloud providers. Guest data may remain local until sign-in. Islam Pro is not liable for loss, corruption, delay or failure of sync due to outages, device failure, account deletion, user error or third-party infrastructure.

Notifications and reminders: Prayer, schedule and other reminders are local or push notifications for your convenience only. Islam Pro does not guarantee delivery at exact times. Missing a reminder (including a prayer reminder) is not grounds for liability.

Reviews and feedback: If you submit public reviews or feedback, you grant Islam Pro the right to use them for promotion unless you opt out by email to contactislamproapp@gmail.com. Do not include passwords or sensitive data in feedback.

In-app purchase, subscriptions and payment:

13.1 Paid tiers: Certain features require paid subscription or in-app purchase. Islam Pro may offer Free, Lite, Premium, Pro and other tiers with different limits. Tier names, prices and included features may change.

13.2 App store processing: Payment is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or other platform operators (each, an "App Store"), not Islam Pro, unless we expressly state otherwise.

13.3 Auto-renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions may renew automatically until you cancel through your App Store subscription settings. You are solely responsible for cancellation before renewal.

13.4 Refunds and disputes: All refunds, billing disputes and chargebacks are governed primarily by App Store policies. Islam Pro does not guarantee refunds.

13.5 Billing errors and mistaken charges: Display errors, currency mistakes, duplicate charges, accidental purchases or renewals you did not intend may occur. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BILLING ERROR, OVERCHARGE, DUPLICATE CHARGE, UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE, FAILED REFUND, CHARGEBACK PENALTY OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM APP STORE PROCESSING OR YOUR FAILURE TO MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Contact the App Store immediately if you believe you were charged in error. You may notify Islam Pro at contactislamproapp@gmail.com; Islam Pro does not promise investigation, credit, refund or resolution.

13.6 Trials and promotions: Free trials or promotional pricing may be offered for limited time. When a trial ends, you may be charged unless you cancel per store rules.

13.7 Taxes and payment methods: You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees and currency conversion except where the App Store collects them.

13.8 Parental controls: If you are a parent or guardian, use App Store parental controls to restrict purchases by minors.

13.9 Cross-platform access: Islam Pro will use reasonable efforts to investigate technical access issues not caused by your device or misconfiguration, but does not guarantee cross-platform availability.

13.10 No agency: Islam Pro is not your agent, fiduciary or financial advisor in connection with purchases.

Term and termination: This Agreement is effective when you accept it and continues while you use Islam Pro. Islam Pro may terminate or suspend access immediately, without compensation, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, cease use and uninstall Islam Pro.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Islam Pro, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, licensors, contractors, agents and employees (the "Indemnitees") from all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your information, User Content, use of the Service, violation of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

Warranty disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO IS PROVIDED "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". YOU USE IT AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ISLAM PRO AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. ISLAM PRO DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. NO ADVICE FROM ISLAM PRO CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT STATED HERE.

Limitation of liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID ISLAM PRO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $10). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Islam Pro and Indemnitees from claims arising from your use of Islam Pro, including disputes with platforms, third parties or other users.

Dispute resolution: Before formal proceedings, contact contactislamproapp@gmail.com and allow thirty (30) days for informal resolution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration or small-claims court where eligible. You waive class, collective and representative actions to the fullest extent allowed. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Islam Pro operates, except where mandatory consumer law in your residence requires otherwise.

Force majeure: Islam Pro is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, power outages, platform policy changes, cyber attacks or government action.

Export: You agree to comply with export and sanctions laws. You may not use Islam Pro if prohibited by applicable law.

Apple and Google: If you obtained Islam Pro from Apple App Store or Google Play: this Agreement is between you and Islam Pro, not Apple or Google; Apple/Google are not responsible for Islam Pro; Apple/Google may be third-party beneficiaries and may enforce this Agreement against you regarding use from their stores.

Changes to this Terms and Conditions: We may amend these Terms as described in Section 0.2. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Entire agreement; severability; no waiver: These Terms, the Privacy Policy and in-app supplemental terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Islam Pro. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. If translated, the English version governs to the extent not prohibited by law.
