IMPORTANT: READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY TOGETHER WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY USING ISLAM PRO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY AND THE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE ISLAM PRO.

Objective: This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Islam Pro ("Islam Pro", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, retains and protects personal data and other information when you use the Islam Pro mobile application and related services (the "Service"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). This Policy does not grant you any rights in Islam Pro software, trademarks, algorithms or other intellectual property. Misuse of Islam Pro remains prohibited under the Terms.

No legal advice: This Policy is not legal advice. Islam Pro is not a law firm, data protection consultant, or religious authority. Content in the Service (including prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran, Hadith, Adhkār, Ask AI answers and similar materials) is provided for general informational and personal use. You are responsible for verifying religious guidance with qualified scholars where needed, and for your own compliance obligations if you use Islam Pro in a business that has separate legal duties.

Collection of personal data and method: Islam Pro may collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information from third parties (such as sign-in providers or app stores). We may collect data through the Islam Pro app, when you contact contactislamproapp@gmail.com, when you sign in with Google, Instagram or other supported providers, when you make in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play ("App Stores"), and through service providers that host or support the Service (such as cloud hosting, authentication and AI providers). By providing data to Islam Pro, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Data categories and data types:

Identity and contact information: Name, email address, username, profile image (if provided by Google, Instagram or similar sign-in), phone number if you provide it, and other contact details when you contact us.

Account and profile information: Country, onboarding choices (such as role or preferences), language, plan tier (Free, Lite, Premium, Pro or successor tiers), and similar settings you select.

User content and app data: Schedules, calendar entries, reminder settings, Adhkār progress, Tasbih counts, favorites (ayah, hadith or similar), notes, preferences, chat messages you send to Ask AI or similar features, and other materials you create or enter in Islam Pro ("Input"), and suggestions, insights, AI replies, notifications and similar outputs returned by the Service ("Output"). Input and Output together are "User Content".

Location data: Approximate or precise location when you grant permission, used for features such as prayer times, Qibla direction and nearby mosque-related features where offered. You can deny or revoke location permission in device settings; some features may then use a city or country fallback or become limited.

Process security and technical data: IP address, device identifiers, app interaction logs, crash reports, performance data, timestamps, token identifiers for push notifications if enabled, and general location inferred from IP when precise GPS is not available.

Customer transaction data: Subscription status, renewal dates, product identifiers, App Store receipts or tokens needed to validate purchases. Payment card numbers are processed by Apple or Google, not stored by Islam Pro.

Marketing and analytics data: Device advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA or Android advertising ID) only if permitted by your device settings and if we use tools that require them.

We do not intentionally collect health records, medical diagnoses or clinical data. Islam Pro is an Islamic lifestyle and learning tool, not a healthcare service or substitute for professional medical or religious advice. Do not submit sensitive categories of data (such as health, biometric, or government ID) unless necessary; we discourage voluntary submission.

License to User Content for operation: From the time you provide Input, you grant Islam Pro a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, process, display, distribute, backup, sync and create derivative works of User Content as necessary to operate, improve, troubleshoot, secure and develop the Service (including algorithm and AI quality improvement where applicable), in all formats and media now known or later developed, without additional notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. You remain responsible for User Content and for obtaining rights and consents from third parties. Sacred texts and public Islamic content displayed by the Service remain subject to applicable rights and attributions; this license does not claim ownership of the Quran or Hadith themselves.

General principles regarding processing: We process personal data lawfully, fairly and for specified purposes; limited to what we believe is needed; kept accurate where reasonable; stored for periods described below; and protected with measures described below. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PROCESSING WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, TIMELY OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Purposes of processing and legal bases: We process personal data for the purposes below. Depending on your region, legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests (where not overridden by your rights), legal obligation and consent where required.

a) Purposes of processing:

Operation of Islam Pro: Create and manage accounts, provide prayer times, Qibla, Adhkār, Quran and Hadith features, Tasbih, Islamic calendars and schedules, reminders, Ask AI and related tools, cloud sync when signed in, customer support and service messages.

Subscription and billing support: Validate subscriptions and in-app purchases through App Stores, manage plan access, respond to billing inquiries (payments are handled by App Stores; see Terms).

Location-based features: Calculate prayer times and Qibla bearing, and improve accuracy of location-dependent features when permission is granted.

Security and abuse prevention: Detect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access and violations of Terms.

Improvement and analytics: Fix bugs, improve algorithms, AI responses and features, understand aggregate usage, develop features.

Legal compliance: Respond to lawful requests, enforce Terms, protect legal rights.

Marketing (if applicable): Send promotional messages only where permitted and subject to your choices.

b) Legal bases (examples by category):

Identity, account and user content: Necessary to provide the Service under our contract with you; legitimate interests in operating and securing Islam Pro; consent where required.

Location data: Consent / device permission where required; contract performance and legitimate interests for features you choose to use.

Process security and technical data: Legitimate interests in security and service operation; legal obligations; consent for optional identifiers where required.

Customer transaction: Contract performance; legal and tax obligations; app store rules.

Marketing data: Consent where required (including permissions managed via Apple or Google).

How we collect: Directly from you when you register, sign in, enter data or contact us. Automatically when you use Islam Pro (including sensors such as compass/magnetometer for Qibla when you use that feature). From third parties such as Google, Meta/Instagram, Apple, Google Play, cloud hosts, AI providers, or other infrastructure and analytics providers.

Cloud sync and storage: When signed in, your Islam Pro preferences, schedules and related data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure tied to your account. Guest mode data may remain on your device until sign-in, then may merge per our rules. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, DELAY, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, DELETION FAILURE, BACKUP FAILURE OR FAILURE TO SYNC DATA, WHETHER CAUSED BY SYNC ERRORS, DEVICE FAILURE, ACCOUNT TERMINATION, USER ERROR, THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES, FORCE MAJEURE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Data storage and retention: We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law and maintain security. When retention is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize or aggregate data unless law requires longer storage. Backups may persist for a limited period. We may retain logs and transactional records as permitted by law. Deletion requests are subject to technical and legal limits; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

Technical and administrative measures: We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards (such as access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and vendor contracts). NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. THE SERVICE AND DATA PROCESSING ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING SECURITY AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, PHISHING, MALWARE, DATA LOSS, BREACH, RANSOMWARE, INSIDER THREAT, MISCONFIGURATION, THIRD-PARTY ATTACKS OR DISCLOSURE, EVEN IF WE USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE MEASURES. If we become aware of a breach that may affect you and we are legally required to notify you or regulators, we will take steps consistent with applicable law; we do not guarantee any particular notification timing or content.

Third-party websites, applications and processors: Islam Pro integrates with or relies on third parties (Google, Instagram, App Stores, hosting, AI providers, analytics). Their practices are governed by their policies. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ACT, OMISSION, OUTAGE, SECURITY INCIDENT, POLICY CHANGE OR DATA PRACTICE OF ANY THIRD PARTY. You use third-party sign-in and platforms at your own risk. You are responsible for permissions you grant in Google or Meta account settings. Islam Pro is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, Google, Apple or any mosque or religious institution unless we state otherwise in writing.

Cookies and similar technologies: Websites we operate (if any) may use cookies for operation, security and analytics. The Islam Pro app may use local storage on your device. You control cookies in browser settings and advertising identifiers in device settings.

Push notifications: If you enable prayer, schedule or optional marketing notifications, push messages may be sent via your device OS. You can disable them in Islam Pro or device settings. We do not guarantee delivery timing or delivery at all.

Transfer of personal data to third parties and abroad: We share data with service providers under contracts requiring protection and use only for our instructions. We may share with App Stores, sign-in providers, AI providers, analytics providers if used, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If Islam Pro is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, data may transfer subject to this Policy. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using Islam Pro, you understand cross-border transfer may occur with safeguards where required by law. We do not sell personal information for money as that term is commonly understood.

Age limitation: Islam Pro is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you learn a minor provided data, contact contactislamproapp@gmail.com. We may delete such data when feasible.

Your rights as a data subject: Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to exceptions and verification:

Right to access: Request information about personal data we hold about you.

Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate data.

Right to delete: Request deletion subject to legal retention limits.

Right to restrict or object: Object to certain processing where applicable law allows.

Right to portability: Receive a copy in a portable format where applicable.

Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (including withdrawing location or notification permissions in device settings).

Right to opt out: Of certain sharing or targeted advertising where applicable (e.g. California).

Right to non-discrimination: For exercising privacy rights where applicable.

To exercise rights, email contactislamproapp@gmail.com with information to verify your account. We will respond within timeframes required by law where applicable. We may deny requests that are unfounded, excessive, repetitive, impossible, or conflict with legal obligations or others' rights. We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law. EEA/UK users may complain to a supervisory authority. California residents: we do not sell personal information for money; authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

Billing and payment data: Purchases are processed by App Stores. Islam Pro does not store your full payment card number. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BILLING ERROR, OVERCHARGE, DUPLICATE CHARGE, UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE, FAILED REFUND, TAX ISSUE OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM APP STORE PROCESSING OR YOUR FAILURE TO MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Contact your App Store first for refunds. You may notify contactislamproapp@gmail.com with order details; we may assist at our sole discretion but do not promise investigation, credit, refund or resolution.

Automated processing: Islam Pro uses software, algorithms and AI for suggestions, Ask AI replies and insights. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a fatwa or substitute for qualified scholarly advice. We do not guarantee accuracy. Where law prohibits solely automated decisions with significant effects without safeguards, we comply to the extent required. See Terms for full disclaimers on Output.

Limitation of liability (privacy): TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAM PRO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS POLICY, OUR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, OR ANY SECURITY INCIDENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR PRIVACY-RELATED CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID ISLAM PRO FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $10). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification (privacy): You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Islam Pro and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your User Content or inaccurate data you provided; (b) your violation of this Policy or the Terms; (c) your violation of law or third-party rights; (d) your misuse of Islam Pro or third-party platforms; or (e) false or fraudulent data subject requests you submit.

Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Islam Pro from claims arising from our processing of personal data as described in this Policy, except where release is prohibited by law.

Dispute resolution: Privacy-related disputes are subject to the dispute resolution, governing law and class action waiver provisions in the Terms, including informal resolution first by contacting contactislamproapp@gmail.com and allowing thirty (30) days to respond.

Intellectual property: This Policy does not grant any license to Islam Pro code, designs, trademarks or algorithms. Reverse engineering, copying or competitive use is prohibited under the Terms.

Changes to this Privacy Policy: We may update this Policy at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using Islam Pro and delete your account where applicable.

Relationship to Terms: This Policy governs data practices. The Terms govern use of Islam Pro, limitations of liability, indemnification, arbitration and all non-privacy matters. If both apply, you must comply with both.
