Hi, I am Ishfaq — a 3rd-year PhD student at CEE, UIUC, working under the supervision of Prof Mohamad Alipour  (visit his website here.)  My research interest lies in Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) of materials and structures, using Radar Sensing, Model Updating, and Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs). I enjoy engaging in outdoor sports, such as soccer, badminton, cricket, and swimming.
