Healthy Lunchbox Idea

Are you ever stuck on what to bring to school for lunch? Well then, this is the perfect guide for you. In this article, I will be talking about what should go inside your lunchbox, and I will be giving a short recipe for your lunchbox.
What should go inside?
To have a balanced meal, your lunchbox should include:
Starchy foods: Preferably already cooked. Pasta, Rice, Potatoes.
Vegetables: Cooked or raw vegetables
Proteins: From meat or from other things. Ham, fish, chicken, tofu, quinoa, and lentils.
Fruit: fresh or dried fruit.
Snacks: Chips, crackers, cookies, etc.
Ingredients

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Portion: For 1 person
Potato and pea samosas
1 sheet of brick pastry
50g of cooked potatoes
50g cooked peas
1 teaspoon of curry powder
5g of peeled and finely chopped ginger
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
30g Cucumber chopped into long slices
30g Carrots chopped into long slices
30g Red bell pepper, chopped into long slices
30g strawberries
30g raspberries
6 biscuits with seeds and chocolate chips
Preperation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the brick pastry into 4. Peel and mash the potatoes. Mix the potatoes with the peas, curry, chopped ginger, and salt. Spread ¼ of the mixture on each brick pastry sheet, and fold in a triangle. Spread and add the olive oil, and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Arrange all the elements in various compartments. If you want, you can add a vinaigrette and mix yogurt and mint to make a dip for the vegetables.
