Edible Cookie Dough

60g all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
60g unsalted butter (softened)
55g brown sugar
20g granulated sugar
A pinch of salt
A few drops of vanilla extract
30ml milk (2 tablespoons)
90g chocolate chips
──────────────── Method ────────────────
To make sure the flour is safe to eat raw, you must first heat-treat the flour. Microwave the 6og of flour into a bowl for 1 minute or bake at 350°F (175°C). When it is done, make sure you let it cool.
While the flour is cooling, mix butter and sugars in a bowl until smooth
After they are smoothly mixed, add a few drops of vanilla and milk, then mix until combined.
Add in the salt and cooled flour until a dough forms and then stir in your preferred amount of chocolate chips.
You can either eat in the bowl or let the dough chill in the fridge for a more fixed outcome.
