Isao a.k.a. Lucas is a Japanese DJ from Tokyo.He started his career as a DJ and writer when he was a student.After, he began working as the owner of a Select CD Shop.He gained a lot of knowledge and experience while working at a recording company as an A&R.He has built a reputation for crossing genres borders and being filled with excellence and creativity.While Isao mainly focuses on deep house, he is also skilled in jazz, cross over, dance classics, R&B, tech house, techno, indie dance, etc.Through a filtered, unique sense of music, he plays a large range of music fitted to lounges and receives a lot of trust and offers from well known DJ’s to play at venues.He also plays a selection of music at Tokyo FM as well as Block FM for a DJ Mix Show that has gained wide popularity.Day by day he is continuing to widen his scope of work as a DJ.Isao a.k.a. Lucas is not just a DJ, but a hands-on music lover.
学生時代よりDJ及びライターとしてのキャリアをスタート。その後はセレクトCDショップのオーナーとしても活動。レコード会社のA&Rとして培われた経験豊富な知識と、ジャンルの垣根を越えた独創性に溢れたプレイには定評がある。ディープ・ハウスを中心としながらも、ジャズ、クロスオーバー、ダンスクラシックス、R&B、テックハウス、テクノ、インディー・ダンスなど、独自の感性のフィルターを通した選曲は幅広く、特にラウンジの選曲に関しては多くの著名なDJ達からの信頼が厚くオファーが絶えない。また「TOKYO FM」や「BLOCK.FM」での選曲やDJミックスショーが好評を博すなど、己の選曲感の活動範囲を広げ続ける日々。Jリーグに所属するサッカーチームのスタジアム内の音楽のディレクション、選曲とミックスを担当したり、大型マラソン大会でのDJプレイなど、スポーツ関連の音楽も手がける。完全現場主義のミュージック・ラヴァー&リアルDJ。
