AirPlay lets you wirelessly stream video and audio from your iPhone or iPad to any AirPlay-enabled device—such as Apple TV or other smart TVs—or mirror your iPhone’s screen to an iPad. You can also share content between devices or sync your iPhone’s audio to an iPad.
How to Mirror Your iPhone Screen to an iPad via AirPlay:
Ensure Both Devices Are on the Same Wi-Fi Network Make sure your iPhone and iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Open Control Center On iPhone X or later, swipe down from the top-right corner. On older models, swipe up from the bottom.
Tap Screen Mirroring or AirPlay In Control Center, find and tap the “Screen Mirroring” or “AirPlay” icon (the name varies by iOS version).
Select Your iPad From the list of available devices, tap your iPad’s name.
Wait for Connection Allow a moment for your iPhone and iPad to establish the mirror connection.
AirPlay & Handoff Settings:
Go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff on your iPhone or iPad to configure Automatic AirPlay. – Never: Disables automatic suggestions. – Ask: Prompts you before connecting. – Automatically: Suggests devices based on your frequently used apps and hardware.
You can also use Handoff to seamlessly continue tasks between your Apple devices.
Additional Notes:
Keep both devices updated to the latest iOS version.
If you run into problems, try restarting your devices or checking your Wi-Fi connection.
Some third-party apps (e.g., iMyFone’s AirPlayer) may require extra setup to support AirPlay.
