Isabella Furci

Since November 2025, I have been an Associate Professor at the San Raffaele University of Rome, Italy. I am a member of the Degree Programme in Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence within the Promotion of Human Sciences and Quality of Life Department.

From April 2023 to October 2025 I was Assistant Professor (non-tenure track) at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Genoa, Italy.

From June 2019 to March 2023 I was a Postdoc (Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin) at School of Mathematics and Natural Science of the University of Wuppertal, Germany. I was part of the Prof. Matthias Bolten’s research group “Scientific computing and high-performance computing”.

I obtained my PhD in "Computer Science and Computational Mathematics" at the Department of Science and High Technology of the University of Insubria in Italy in December 2018.
