Assuming you could remember these passwords for your keepass and dropbox, this should be more than good enough and not need what you mention with encrypt keepass using a 3rd party encryption software.

OneDrive and Dropbox are both as safe as one another but any files stored on either of those services can be accessed by their employees. That shouldn't matter with KeePass because it's encrypted but it's worth bearing in mind just in case you have other (non-encrypted) files on their services. Can you explain what you mean by dropbox employees gaining access? They would this by being noisy etc? Or you mean subpoena etc? And when you say they gain access, that would mean they know what your dropbox password is right?

Okay so for dropbox, what type of employees would do something like this? How would they even know which email to hack etc if you know what im saying? How would they know which emails have important stuff?

I also have documents that are open office/microsoft office/word and adobe files that i want to store there. Some of these documents are sensitive documents. So you recommend I 100 percent put a a password on each of these documents before i upload it to dropbox?
