The website makes users comfortable with order process. It makes them comfortable and confident that they will order ticket for the movie that they want, the movie will not contains any inappropriate content. They easily can find the closest cinema theater and book ticket for the family with seats nearby. The smoothie order process and clear confirmation takes into account user pain points and needs.
What I learned
What I learned
While designing the Seats reservation Flow, I learned that not always the process can be easy and clear. To make it easier we need to understand what the user wants exactly and what are his expectations.
