A pair of these enormous metal constructs, two to three times the height of a man, were encountered in the depths of the structure hidden beneath Songül's mine. Their arms ended in vice-like gripping claws that could be folded back to extrude other manipulating tools.
They did not appear to have heads and instead a single, bright light stabbed out from their upper torso.
They were incredibly strong and were capable of hurling a block of worked stone the size of a man with ease or tearing a halfling in two like wet paper.

A pack of serpentine/humanoid creatures had been seen lurking in the foothills of the Dunheath and fell upon the party as they exited a thicket of nearby woodland.
The creatures possessed humanoid upper bodies, but gaunt and twisted. Their faces were flat and blunt, with no external noses or ears, and they had the lower halves of writhing snakes. They were coated in a thick slime and their hands ended in razor sharp claws, similar to the black needle teeth that emerged from their cadaverous mouths.
A miasma of filth and decay followed them, and any wounds spilled vile black ichor instead of blood.
Their bites carried a noxious venom and they were able to use their serpentine tails to constrict members of the party.

The beating heart of the great chocolate factory of Lucia De Castillo was a self-contained ecosystem of small, strange, humanoid creatures. Though seemingly not very bright, these domesticated chocolatiers were fiercely protective of Lucia, who they viewed as their leader or even, perhaps, as a god. Their first language is unknown.
In addition to Lucia, the pygmies also seemed a worship a species of giant, carnivorous insects which they referred to as "El Grancudo". They were observed sacrificing themselves to these creatures.
At her call, the pygmies fought by Lucia's side using poison-tipped blow-darts, though they were easily startled in battle. Their loyalty was also easily turned when they discovered that Lucia was no more.

These giant insects resided in Lucia De Castillo's chocolate factory and maintained a seemingly symbiotic relationship with both the cocoa trees and pygmies. The insects were large, flying creatures who would swoop down from the cocoa trees to snatch people from the ground. Once carried to the branches, the Grancudo would use their hypodermic proboscis to suck the fluids and soft tissues from the bodies of their prey.
The relationship of the insects with the cocoa trees remained obscure, though it is presumed they are in someway vital to the production of the chocolate in the factory.

The Honeyed House is surrounded by meadows buzzing with activity. Though it's not just the humble honeybee which can be found amongst the flowers. Large bees, as big as dogs but seemingly just as docile, bumble amongst the flowers. They fly, land, and feed with the upmost care, using proboscis as long as one's arm. Unlike their minuscule cousins, Apis mellifera giganteus had no visible man-made hive at the mead distillery, but carried their nectar loads back to a dense forest nearby...

The mysterious masked elf our adventurers encountered in the cave deep within the Mournwood did not demean itself with hand-to-hand combat. When dealing with intruders, enchanted statues tended to work fairly efficiently.
The statue was not as solid as its stone exterior would suggest. Once cracked, the enchanted silk within was (luckily enough) very flammable.

Giant invertebrates seem to be a recurring theme around Shaxecan. Unfortunately, the giant spiders tend to be less placid than their apid cousins. There is something unnatural about the spiders that can be found in and around the cave in the mournwood... These particular arachnids seem to have the ability to rise from the dead, or at least from a torpid state. When cut, a smoky pink silk spills from their insides.
It is best to avoid their poisonous, fanged chelicerae.

Unusually well presented for beastmen, the weavers have a humanoid form save for an arachnid head. They speak quite well with, even despite the chelicerae which protrude from their upper lips.
They hail from the metal city spire of Ramliya. They are a secretive sort, and rarely seen outside of the city. They dress in fine silk clothes which belay their trade- the silk guild of Ramliya. The two unfortunate weavers who mysteriously lost their lives in the Mournwood cave were each carrying a golden coin depicting spiders webs on one side, and mysterious runes on the other.
