Tap the " : " icon of the workout you want to edit.
Select the Edit option.
Make changes.
Tap "Save".
Tap the " : " icon of the workout you want to delete.
Select the Delete option.
Confirm deletion.
Yes. To reorder workouts:
Tap the " : " icon of a workout on the day you want to reorder.
Select the Reorder option.
Drag and drop workouts into your desired order.
Close dialog to save order.
Tap the " : " icon of the workout you want to add or edit notes.
Select the 'Add / View Notes' option.
Note:
Workout notes cannot be added to templates.
'Add Existing Workout' and 'Add Existing Week' functions, do not copy workout notes.
