Tap the " + Add Exercise " text directly beneath the workout you want to add an exercise to.
Add details.
Tap "Add" in the navigation bar.
Option 1: Use this option if you need to change exercise and modify set details.
Tap the " : " icon of the exercise you want to edit.
Select "Edit".
Make changes.
Tap "Save".
Note: If exercise is part of a superset, all exercises within the superset will have their complete states and RPEs reset.
Option 2: Use this option if you need to modify set details.
Tap on a set-based exercise.
Tap the edit icon shaped like a pencil in the top bar.
Note - This option cannot be accessed by templates.
Tap the " : " icon of the exercise you want to delete.
Select "Delete".
Confirm deletion.
Tap on an set-based exercise you want to log.
Tap on a check mark next to set to mark it as complete or incomplete OR Tap the "Complete All" button to complete all sets.
Tap on an cardio exercise you want to log.
Add details to fields.
Tap the "Set Complete" button at the bottom of the screen to set exercise to complete or incomplete.
Press down and drag an exercise to your desired position. The new position will be automatically saved.
Press and hold on a set and drag to your desired position. This can be done when adding, editing or logging an exercise.
