Iraa Beach House, Padubidri

Iraa is a two bedroom bungalow. It is located in a large coconut plantation, with big verandas facing the Arabian sea on the west and Kamini river on the east. The entire villa will be exclusively yours during your stay. You can freely access the beach; can also do kayaking and boating as additional activities.

A caretaker family will attend to your needs. You can ask them to cook home-made food or can order form nearby restaurants.

Both the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a dining room, minimally equipped kitchenette and fridge in the villa. There is ample parking space. 4G bandwidth is quite good. CCTV and DG power backup are installed.

Iraa is not a resort. There is no broadband or TV. There is no security guard, receptionist or attender. Cooking in the kitchenette is not permitted; Pets are not allowed; Smoking is not allowed.

Iraa is a beautiful beach house to enjoy solitude.
