Effective Date: July 29, 2026
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your download, installation, access to, and use of the IPTV Pro application (“IPTV Pro,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using IPTV Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Do not download, purchase, or use IPTV Pro if you do not agree to these Terms.
IPTV Pro is a media-player application that allows users to connect to and play IPTV services using login credentials, playlist URLs, M3U files, Xtream Codes API details, or other compatible access information obtained from third-party IPTV service providers.
IPTV Pro is a media player only.
IPTV Pro does not:
Provide television channels, movies, series, live broadcasts, playlists, or other media content.
Sell or distribute IPTV subscriptions.
Provide IPTV login credentials.
Host, upload, transmit, rebroadcast, or control third-party media content.
Own or operate the IPTV services accessed through the App.
Endorse any third-party IPTV provider.
Verify whether a third-party IPTV provider is legally authorized to distribute particular content.
You must obtain your IPTV service, playlist, and login information independently from a provider of your choice.
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into this Agreement.
A parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms before allowing a minor to use IPTV Pro.
By using the App, you represent that:
You are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.
The information and credentials you use with the App have been lawfully obtained.
You have the legal right to access the IPTV content connected to the App.
IPTV Pro requires users to provide their own IPTV access information. This may include:
Username and password.
Server or portal URL.
M3U or M3U8 playlist URL.
Xtream Codes API information.
Locally imported playlist files.
Electronic Program Guide or EPG URLs.
Other compatible connection information.
You are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and protecting this information.
You must not use credentials that are stolen, shared without permission, fraudulently obtained, expired, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawful.
The Developer does not issue, recover, reset, verify, or manage credentials provided by third-party IPTV services. Login, account, playlist, billing, or content-access problems relating to an IPTV provider must be addressed directly with that provider.
IPTV Pro does not operate a developer-controlled backend for storing user accounts, IPTV credentials, imported playlists, viewing history, or IPTV content.
Your IPTV credentials and connection information are used by the App to connect your device to the IPTV service or server selected by you.
The App does not transmit or store your IPTV login credentials on servers owned or controlled by the Developer.
Where IPTV Pro includes a feature that allows login information or playlists to be saved, such information may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for securing your device, using appropriate device passwords, and preventing unauthorized access.
Deleting the App may remove locally stored App information, subject to your device settings, operating-system backups, and Apple services.
Third-party IPTV providers may independently receive and process information when you connect to their services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not by these Terms.
Apple may also process information related to App Store downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, diagnostics, and device services according to Apple’s policies.

You are solely responsible for all content that you access, stream, display, import, or play through IPTV Pro.
You must ensure that you have all subscriptions, licenses, permissions, and legal rights necessary to access the content.
You agree not to use IPTV Pro to:
Access pirated, stolen, infringing, or unauthorized streams.
Violate copyright, trademark, broadcasting, licensing, or intellectual-property laws.
Access paid content without a valid subscription or authorization.
Share stolen or unauthorized account credentials.
Circumvent digital-rights-management systems or access restrictions.
Bypass geographic, security, authentication, or payment restrictions.
Redistribute, record, copy, rebroadcast, sell, or commercially exploit content without permission.
Access content that is illegal in your country or region.
Use the App for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
The availability of technical functionality within IPTV Pro does not mean that any particular use of that functionality is legal.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.
IPTV Pro may communicate with third-party servers, websites, APIs, playlists, media sources, and IPTV providers selected by you.
These third-party services are independent from the Developer. We do not control and are not responsible for:
Their availability or reliability.
Their content libraries.
Their ownership or licensing rights.
Their security or privacy practices.
Their subscription charges.
Their server performance.
Their streaming quality.
Their channel listings or EPG information.
Their advertisements.
Their account suspensions or service interruptions.
Changes made to their APIs, authentication systems, formats, or URLs.
Content that is offensive, inaccurate, inappropriate, unlawful, or unavailable.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, contracts, geographic restrictions, and fees.
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to install and use IPTV Pro for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.
For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, the license is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s applicable Usage Rules. The App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with the purchaser where Apple permits Family Sharing, legacy contact access, or volume purchasing.
This Agreement grants you a license to use IPTV Pro. It does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
You may not:
Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from IPTV Pro.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to obtain the App’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, ownership, or legal notices.
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit the App.
Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or tools to interfere with the App.
Attempt to bypass subscriptions, purchase verification, security systems, or usage restrictions.
Introduce malware, malicious code, exploits, or harmful software.
Use the App in a way that damages, overloads, disrupts, or compromises any device, network, service, or server.
Misrepresent your identity, authorization, subscription status, or relationship with an IPTV provider.
Use IPTV Pro to infringe the rights of the Developer, Apple, content owners, broadcasters, IPTV providers, or other third parties.
Certain IPTV Pro features may require a paid purchase or auto-renewable subscription.
The available subscription duration, price, currency, trial period, and included features are displayed within the App before purchase. Prices may vary by country, region, currency, tax, and App Store pricing tier.
When you purchase through the Apple App Store:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date shown in your Apple subscription settings.
Renewal charges are processed by Apple according to the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting IPTV Pro does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s applicable refund procedures and policies.
The Developer does not directly receive or control your complete payment-card information.
Subscription access may be affected by payment failure, expiration, cancellation, refund, chargeback, Apple Account changes, App Store availability, or purchase-verification problems.
Where applicable, IPTV Pro may provide a Restore Purchases option for purchases associated with your Apple Account.
Restoration depends on Apple’s purchase records, the App Store, your Apple Account, the applicable product configuration, and continued availability of the purchased product.
Restoring an App purchase does not restore or provide access to subscriptions purchased from a third-party IPTV provider.
We may release updates, corrections, security improvements, feature changes, compatibility updates, or redesigned versions of IPTV Pro.
Some updates may be necessary for continued use of the App.
We do not guarantee that:
Every feature will remain available permanently.
The App will remain compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Every third-party IPTV format or provider will remain supported.
Previous App versions will continue functioning.
Updates will support outdated or modified IPTV server configurations.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any App feature where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical maintenance, platform requirements, or business reasons.
IPTV Pro, including its software, interface, design, graphics, branding, icons, code, documentation, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“IPTV Pro” and related branding may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos, channels, trademarks, content, and service names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance within user-provided playlists or third-party services does not imply sponsorship, ownership, partnership, or endorsement by the Developer.
IPTV Pro does not host, upload, maintain, or control IPTV channels or media streams.
Copyright concerns relating to a specific channel, stream, playlist, server, or IPTV service should normally be sent to the party hosting or distributing that content.
You may notify us of an intellectual-property concern relating directly to IPTV Pro at:
Email: [Support or Legal Email Address]
Please include sufficient information to identify the affected material, the rights involved, your contact details, and the basis of your complaint.
IPTV streaming depends on factors outside the Developer’s control, including:
Your internet connection.
Your device capabilities.
IPTV provider infrastructure.
Server capacity.
Playlist validity.
Stream format and codec support.
Geographic restrictions.
ISP restrictions.
Third-party API availability.
Content-provider licensing decisions.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted playback, channel availability, specific streaming quality, accurate program listings, or compatibility with every IPTV provider.
Buffering, downtime, missing channels, incorrect metadata, expired links, authentication failures, or provider outages do not necessarily indicate a defect in IPTV Pro.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Developer disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Accuracy.
Availability.
Non-infringement.
Compatibility.
Security.
Reliability.
Uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that all defects will be corrected, or that third-party IPTV services will function continuously.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of IPTV Pro.
This includes loss of:
Data.
Credentials.
Content access.
Subscription payments.
Business opportunities.
Revenue.
Profits.
Reputation.
Device functionality.
IPTV-provider access.
The Developer is not responsible for claims, penalties, losses, disputes, or legal action resulting from your use of unauthorized content or third-party IPTV services.
Where liability cannot be completely excluded, the Developer’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for IPTV Pro during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer and its affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
Your misuse of IPTV Pro.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your access to unauthorized or infringing content.
Your use or sharing of unauthorized credentials.
Your violation of a third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
Content, services, or playlists connected to the App by you.
These Terms remain effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you materially violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using IPTV Pro and delete all copies of the App under your control.
Termination of this Agreement does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You must cancel the subscription through your Apple Account settings.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and Apple’s rights will survive termination where applicable.
Where IPTV Pro is downloaded through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
This Agreement is between you and the Developer, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for IPTV Pro or its content.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for providing maintenance and support for IPTV Pro, to the extent required under these Terms or applicable law.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
If IPTV Pro fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot legally be excluded, you may notify Apple. Where applicable, Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding IPTV Pro.
The Developer is responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to IPTV Pro, including:
Product-liability claims.
Claims that the App fails to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
Claims relating to the App’s operation or use.
If a third party claims that IPTV Pro or your authorized use of it infringes that party’s intellectual-property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving the claim where required.
You represent that:
You are not located in a country or region subject to a United States government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism.
You are not listed on a United States government restricted-party or prohibited-party list.
You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using IPTV Pro, including your internet-service, device, Apple, and IPTV-provider agreements.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
After you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce the applicable App Store provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Use of IPTV Pro is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable:

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory Apple App Store term, the applicable mandatory Apple term will control to the extent of that conflict.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State and Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws, courts located in [City, State and Country] will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or IPTV Pro.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where such a right cannot legally be waived.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We may update these Terms to reflect:
App changes.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Apple policy changes.
Security requirements.
Subscription changes.
Business or operational changes.
The revised Terms will display an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where required, we may provide additional notice within the App or request renewed acceptance. Continued use of IPTV Pro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms, except where applicable law requires express consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed from the Agreement.
The remaining provisions will remain effective.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when provided in writing by the Developer.
These Terms, the IPTV Pro Privacy Policy, applicable purchase disclosures, and applicable Apple terms constitute the entire agreement governing your use of IPTV Pro.
They replace previous agreements or communications concerning the same subject matter.
