IPL All Seasons Squads (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile application that showcases historical Indian Premier League (IPL) team squads across all seasons for informational and educational purposes. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including the Google Play Developer Program policies. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We designed the App to be a read-only experience focused on publicly available sports information. We do not intentionally collect personal information that directly identifies you. The only data captured relates to app usage and device diagnostics, as described below:
Analytics & Performance Data: We may use Google Play services (e.g., Google Play Developer Console, Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymized usage statistics such as app opens, session duration, crash reports, country/region, and device model. All analytics data are aggregated and do not identify individual users.
Crash Logs & Diagnostics: If the App crashes or encounters an error, limited diagnostic data is sent through services like Google Play Console or Firebase Crashlytics, including device model, operating system version, anonymized installation ID, and timestamps.
The App does not request or store personal identifiers (such as name, email, phone number), login credentials, payment information, or location data. If the app is ever updated to request such information, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain the necessary consent.
We use the aggregated analytics and crash data solely to:
Monitor App performance and reliability.
Diagnose technical issues and improve stability.
Understand general usage patterns (e.g., popular sections) to guide future enhancements.
We do not use analytics data to build user profiles, retarget advertisements, or share data with unrelated third parties.
The App may integrate the following Google services, which process data under their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services & Google Analytics for Firebase: Provides aggregated, anonymized analytics and crash reports.
Google Play Billing (if applicable in future updates): Handles any purchases entirely through Google; we do not receive personal payment details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We may disclose information only in these limited scenarios:
Legal Requirements: When necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal request.

Any analytics or diagnostic data shared externally would be aggregated and anonymized.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the data we handle. Because the App primarily relies on Google services for data processing, we leverage their security protections. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not target or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). The App contains sports facts intended for general audiences. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at the email below, and we will promptly delete the information.
We operate from [your country], but analytics data may be processed by Google servers worldwide. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of data outside your country, subject to Google’s privacy practices.
We retain aggregated analytics and crash data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by Google Play Console retention settings. Because we do not store user-specific data, we do not maintain personal profiles or personal histories.
Since the App does not collect personal data directly, typical data subject rights (access, correction, deletion) are generally not applicable. If you have questions about the anonymized analytics data, you can disable analytics collection by uninstalling the App. If future versions collect personal data, we will provide mechanisms to exercise applicable rights in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. We will post the new policy within the App and update the “Effective Date” above. Material changes may also be communicated through an in-app notice or other means. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
