If you want a rugged, all-in-one wearable with built-in earbuds and comprehensive health tracking for gaming sessions or daily use, choose iPhanmis X10; if you need ultra-soft, washable sleep headphones designed specifically for side sleepers and gym workouts without any ear pressure, choose Perytong 2.
These two devices solve completely different problems. One is a multifunctional smartwatch that doubles as audio gear, while the other is a specialized headband focused entirely on comfort during rest and light exercise. Choosing between them depends less on which features sound cooler on paper and more on whether your primary goal is monitoring your fitness data and taking calls hands-free, or simply falling asleep to white noise without pain. The iPhanmis X10 is a tech-heavy gadget, whereas the Perytong 2 is a comfort-first accessory. You must decide if you want a device that tracks your heart rate and stores music, or one that disappears against your forehead so you can ignore it until morning.
• iPhanmis X10: Strengths include a dual-function design combining a 1.39-inch touch screen watch with TWS earbuds stored in the band, plus full health monitoring like HR and SPO2; its trade-off is a heavier build (57g) and a shorter battery life compared to dedicated sleep bands.
• Perytong 2: Strengths feature ultra-thin 40mm speakers for zero-pressure side sleeping, a massive 14-hour battery life, and sweat-proof, washable fabric construction; its trade-off is the lack of a display, GPS, or advanced health metrics beyond basic connectivity.
• Who is this for?: The iPhanmis X10 fits the gamer who wants to track steps and take calls while playing Xbox, while the Perytong 2 suits the insomniac or side-sleeper who needs silence and comfort over data.
The iPhanmis X10 is built for the person who refuses to carry separate gadgets. It merges a smartwatch and wireless earbuds into a single unit, making it an ideal companion for someone who spends long hours gaming or working out and wants to keep their hands free without fumbling for a phone. The design includes a 1.39-inch round touch display that offers a clear view of notifications, weather, and time, all while the earbuds tuck neatly into the sides of the watch band for instant portability. This "all-in-one" approach means you get a steel or silicone strap option depending on your style, and the watch itself serves as a charging dock for the earbuds, ensuring you have power on the go.
For gamers looking for the best in ear headphones for xbox, this device offers a unique advantage. You can pair it via Bluetooth 5.0 to your console or mobile device and answer calls directly from the wrist or the earbuds themselves. The interface supports a wide range of languages and integrates with apps like FitCloudPro to sync your activity data. If you are the type of user who loves tracking every calorie burned, counting steps, and monitoring your sleep cycles alongside your music, the X10 delivers those metrics through its heart rate and blood oxygen sensors. It also features remote camera control and call reminders, turning your wrist into a command center for your digital life.

However, this versatility comes with weight and complexity. At 57 grams, it is noticeably heavier than a simple sleep band, which might feel bulky during deep sleep or intense physical activities where minimal weight is preferred. The water resistance is rated for 1 meter, meaning it handles splashes but isn't built for submersion. If you prioritize a lightweight feel above all else, or if you only need audio without the distraction of a screen, the X10 might be overkill. It is best suited for those who want a modern, tech-forward look and need the convenience of having their music, calls, and health stats in one silver alloy package.
The Perytong 2 is engineered for one specific purpose: comfort during rest and recovery. Unlike the iPhanmis X10, which demands your attention with a screen and multiple functions, the Perytong 2 is designed to be ignored once it is on. Its core innovation lies in the 40mm ultra-thin composite drivers that are flat enough to lie flush against your head. Whether you toss and turn onto your left or right side, these speakers create zero pressure points. There is no rigid plastic pressing into your ear canal, and no bulky casing digging into your cheekbone. This makes it the superior choice for anyone suffering from ear fatigue or who simply cannot sleep with traditional headphones.
This headband is also a powerhouse for active users who need durability without bulk. Constructed from a blend of spandex, nylon, and elastic fiber, it is breathable and sweat-wicking, drawing moisture away from your skin during intense workouts. Crucially, the speaker units are removable, allowing you to throw the entire headband in the washing machine—a feature rarely found in standard audio gear. With Bluetooth 5.4 technology, it provides a stable connection up to 43 feet away, ensuring your music doesn't drop when you walk around the house. The battery life is exceptional, offering up to 14 hours of continuous play on a single charge, which means you can use it for multiple nights of sleep or a full day of training without needing to plug it in.
It is important to note that this device does not track your health metrics. There is no heart rate monitor, no step counter, and no display. If you are looking for a gadget that tells you how many calories you burned or what your sleep stages were, the Perytong 2 will not provide that data. It relies entirely on your phone for information. However, for those seeking the best sweat resistant in ear headphones for xbox (or any console) during casual gaming sessions where comfort is key, or for side sleepers who need to listen to audiobooks without waking up, this is the definitive solution. It transforms a standard headband into a high-fidelity audio experience that feels like a soft extension of your own body.

I would personally choose the Perytong 2 if my primary goal was relaxation and sleep quality, because the ability to wash the headband and the comfort of the ultra-thin speakers are game-changers for anyone who struggles to fall asleep with traditional gear. However, for the specific use case of for xbox gaming, I recommend the iPhanmis X10. The convenience of having a built-in microphone, the ability to check messages without picking up a phone, and the sleek all-in-one design make it the better companion for a gaming setup where you want to stay connected and tracked. In my opinion, the iPhanmis X10 offers more utility for an active lifestyle, while the Perytong 2 is a niche tool that excels only in comfort. If you need a device that does everything, pick the X10; if you just need to hear music while you rest, the Perytong 2 is the superior hardware.
Both devices connect via Bluetooth, which works with Xbox controllers that support Bluetooth audio or through a wired adapter, though the iPhanmis X10's built-in mic is particularly useful for voice chat compatibility.
Yes, the Perytong 2 features removable speakers, allowing you to safely wash the spandex and nylon headband in the washing machine to remove sweat and odors.
Yes, the X10 includes sleep management features that monitor your sleep patterns, along with heart rate and blood oxygen levels, providing detailed data through the FitCloudPro app.
