Welcome to PDF Scanner (“the App”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using PDF Scanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By using PDF Scanner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. This Agreement applies to all users of the App.
PDF Scanner allows users to scan, edit, manage, and share documents in PDF or image format. Additional features may include text recognition (OCR), cloud backup, PDF signing, and premium features offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.
PDF Scanner offers both free and premium subscription plans.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. If so, Apple will notify you before renewal, and you can choose to cancel if you do not agree.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You must not misuse or interfere with the operation of the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with PDF Scanner are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without prior written permission.
PDF Scanner is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the App or on our website, with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
