These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between MOON TEMPLE LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us") and you ("user"). By accessing or using the App "Watch Faces: Gallery & Themes", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the App immediately. This Agreement complies with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines. Your use of the service must also comply with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
The App provides premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and non-consumable lifetime access. The specific prices and plans currently available are displayed within the App's purchase page and on the App Store product page.
2.1 Subscription Options: We offer periodic subscription plans (e.g., Monthly) and a one-time "Lifetime" purchase option.
2.2 Free Trial Policy: If a subscription includes a free trial period, you will not be charged during that time. Important: Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate at the end of the trial period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
2.3 Automatic Renewal: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2.4 Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
2.5 Lifetime Purchase: The "Lifetime Membership" is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. It provides perpetual access to all premium features available at the time of purchase and does not require renewal.
2.6 Restore Purchase: You may restore your purchases on new devices or after reinstallation by clicking the "Restore Purchase" button within the App's settings.
Our App features a mix of original designs, licensed resources, and User-Generated Content (UGC).
License Grant: By uploading or creating content (photos, custom widgets, or themes), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display such content to provide the service.
Content Responsibility: You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you upload. We prohibit the upload of any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. To report infringing or inappropriate materials, please contact us at moontemplee@gmail.com.
All original content, features, and functionality (excluding UGC) are and will remain the exclusive property of MOON TEMPLE LIMITED. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of the App’s code or designs is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purposes or in violation of local laws.
Sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the App to third parties.
Attempt to extract the source code or data through scraping or reverse engineering.
The App and its content are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOON TEMPLE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Use.
