Haven: Period Tracker

This User Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the mobile application Haven: Period Tracker (the “App”) provided by MOON TEMPLE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Haven: Period Tracker is a digital wellness application designed to assist users in tracking and understanding menstrual and reproductive health information.
Features of the App may include:
menstrual cycle tracking
ovulation prediction
symptom and health record logging
health statistics and reports
reminders and notifications
AI-powered health information assistance
All information provided by the App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users should always seek the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions.
To use the App, you must:
be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction
have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The App supports authentication through Sign in with Apple.
When you log in using your Apple account:
a unique account identifier may be created
limited account information may be processed to maintain your user profile
You agree to:
provide accurate information
maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
be responsible for activities that occur under your account
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
The App allows users to record health-related information such as:
menstrual cycles
ovulation predictions
symptoms and mood tracking
lifestyle and health notes
This information is considered personal wellness data.
Important disclaimers:
The App is not a medical device.
Predictions generated by the App may not always be accurate.
The App should not be used as a contraceptive method.
Health insights are informational and should not replace professional medical advice.
Users assume full responsibility for how they interpret and use the information provided by the App.
The App may include an AI assistant designed to provide educational health information.
AI responses:
are generated using automated algorithms or third-party AI systems
may rely on user-provided information for context
may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for medical decision-making
AI responses are provided for informational purposes only.
They must not be interpreted as medical advice or diagnosis.
The App may offer optional premium subscription services.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store billing system.
Subscription terms include:
subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
renewal charges will occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period
subscription management and cancellation must be handled through your Apple ID account settings
Refund policies are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.
The Company does not process or store payment card information.
Users may delete their accounts at any time within the App.
The deletion process can be accessed through:
Settings → Account Security → Delete Account
After deletion:
the user account will be permanently removed
associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized
access to services will be terminated
Data removal may take up to 30 days to complete.
You agree not to misuse the App.
Prohibited activities include:
violating any applicable laws or regulations
attempting to reverse engineer the App
accessing the service through automated systems or bots
interfering with the App’s infrastructure or security
using the App to distribute harmful or misleading content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All intellectual property rights related to the App are owned by MOON TEMPLE LIMITED or its licensors.
This includes:
software
user interface design
graphics and branding
databases and documentation
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
The App may rely on third-party services to operate certain features, including but not limited to:
Apple Sign in authentication
Apple App Store billing
cloud infrastructure providers
AI processing providers
These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOON TEMPLE LIMITED shall not be liable for:
inaccuracies in cycle predictions
health decisions made by users based on App information
interruptions or technical errors
data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control
In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the App’s services during the preceding six months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOON TEMPLE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
your misuse of the App
your violation of this Agreement
your infringement of third-party rights
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters
internet or infrastructure failures
government actions
cybersecurity incidents
global emergencies
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
Where possible, we will provide notice of significant service changes.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they may be submitted to a competent court with jurisdiction.
If you downloaded the App through the Apple App Store, your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
In the event of conflict between this Agreement and Apple’s mandatory terms, Apple’s terms shall prevail where applicable.
