Introduction Haven: Period Tracker (hereinafter referred to as "this App") is operated by MOON TEMPLE LIMITED (registered in Hong Kong). We are deeply aware of the sensitivity of personal health data and commit to adopting the highest industry standards for protection measures. This Privacy Policy aims to detail how we collect, use, store, and transfer your personal information to third parties, ensuring compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines and relevant data protection laws.

Account Authentication Information: We obtain your unique user identifier (UserID) and email address (or an Apple-hidden relay email) through Sign in with Apple. We do not obtain your Apple ID password.

Physiological Cycle Records: Including period start and end dates, cycle length, and ovulation prediction data.
Body and Emotional Indicators: Including Basal Body Temperature (BBT), cervical mucus status, Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) symptoms, mood fluctuations, sleep quality, and weight data.
AI Interaction Text Data: When you use the AI health conversation function ("Health Partner") within this App, we collect the text information you actively input (such as symptom descriptions, health consultations).
Device and Log Information: To ensure system security, we collect device models, operating system versions, IP addresses (used for security compliance verification), and App crash reports. In addition, we integrate Adjust S2S, Firebase, TikTok SAN, and Meta Audience Network for application attribution and performance monitoring; with your authorization, we may collect device identifiers such as IDFA.
II. Data Processing and Sharing with Third-Party AI Services In accordance with Apple Guideline 5.1.1(i), we transparently disclose the collaboration mechanism with third-party AI services:
Scope of Data Transmission: Specific text data is processed only when you input information into the AI dialog box and click send. Your core identity information (such as real name, login email) will undergo de-identification processing before transmission.
Recipient Information: We use industry-leading third-party artificial intelligence models (including but not limited to Google Gemini API or OpenAI API) to generate health suggestions.
Explicit Authorization Mechanism: This App will never automatically send data without authorization. Before you trigger the AI function for the first time, the system will pop up a clear "Data Sharing Authorization Confirmation." Data will only be transmitted to third parties after you click "Agree."
Data Protection Obligations: We have ensured through technical agreements that third-party service providers:

Adopt security protection measures no lower than the standards of this App.
Must not use your private conversation data for the public training of their foundational large models.
III. Data Storage and Security Technology
Encrypted Transmission: All user data is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or higher protocols during transmission from the client to the server, and from the server to third-party AI interfaces.
Cloud Storage Security: Your encrypted data is stored on high-security servers of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which possess strict physical and logical access controls.
Non-personified Principle: To maintain the rigor of the tool attribute, all interaction interfaces and AI-generated content of this App follow non-personified professional technical expressions.
IV. Data Use Restrictions In accordance with Apple Guideline 5.1.2(i), we promise:
Not for Advertising: Your health records and AI conversation data will never be used to build advertising profiles, nor will they be provided to any marketing agencies.
Prohibition of Resale: We will never sell your personal information to any third-party data brokers.
Compliant Use: Data is only used to provide, maintain, and optimize the period prediction and health assistance functions of this App.
V. Subscription Services and Auto-Renewal Description This App provides auto-renewable subscription services:
Payment: After confirming the purchase, the fee will be deducted from your iTunes account.
Renewal: Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, the subscription will automatically renew.
Management: You can manage subscriptions or turn off auto-renewal at any time in the App Store account settings.
VI. AI Health Advice Disclaimer
Non-Medical Diagnosis: Responses generated by AI functions are reference information based on automated algorithms and do not represent the opinions of medical experts.
Non-Emergency Service: AI cannot handle medical emergencies. If you feel physically unwell or have serious health concerns, please seek medical attention at a licensed medical institution immediately.
Independent Decision-Making: Users should combine their own actual situation and refer to professional physician opinions, and must not make medical decisions based solely on AI-generated content.
VII. User Rights: Access, Modification, and Deletion
Data Access: You can view and manage all your physiological data in the App settings.
Account Cancellation and Data Removal: You can submit a cancellation request at any time through [Settings -> Delete Account].
Once confirmed, we will permanently erase all your associated data from the production environment servers within 30 working days, and it cannot be recovered.
VIII. Minor Privacy This App is only intended for female users over the age of 13 (or the equivalent age as stipulated by the laws of your country/region). We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors.
