Privacy Policy
Last updated July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy for SN3 Apps ("we", "us", or "our") explains how we handle information when you use the iOS application Bingo Caller: Number Generator (the "App").
If you have questions, contact us at supportnewagedev@gmail.com.
## Summary
The iOS App is designed to work without requiring an account and without collecting personal information for advertising.
- We do not show ads in the current iOS App.
- We do not use App Tracking Transparency, IDFA, or advertising tracking.
- We do not request precise location, contacts, camera, photo library, microphone, or similar device permissions for core app functionality.
- We store gameplay settings and optional user-entered app content locally on your device so the App works across launches.
- Analytics and crash reports are off by default and are enabled only if you choose to share diagnostics in the App.
- If you choose to export or share content from the App, you decide which app or service receives it.
## Information We Collect
### Information You Provide
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment details to us.
You may voluntarily create content inside the App, such as:
- saved bingo sessions;
- game history;
- custom number nicknames;
- game preferences and settings;
- selected voice, theme, board, and caller options;
- optional text included in exported or shared files.
This content is stored locally on your device using Apple system storage such as UserDefaults and temporary files created for exports.
If you contact us by email for support, we receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address, screenshots, device details, or problem description.
### Information Collected Automatically
The App does not collect advertising identifiers.
If you choose to share diagnostics, the App may collect limited analytics and crash-report information through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, such as:
- app usage events, including completed game counts and basic game configuration such as bingo size and numbers called;
- crash reports, non-fatal error reports, performance diagnostics, and related technical details;
- device and app information needed for diagnostics, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, coarse region inferred from device or network information, timestamps, and installation or session identifiers used by Firebase.
We use this information to understand app reliability, diagnose crashes, and improve the App. We do not use this information for advertising tracking.
Apple may provide us with aggregated App Store, crash, purchase, or performance information through Apple developer tools, subject to Apple's own terms and privacy practices. This information is generally provided in aggregated or diagnostic form and is used to understand app performance, reliability, and distribution.
## How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to operate App features, including bingo calling, saved sessions, game history, custom nicknames, text-to-speech preferences, printed cards, and exports;
- to remember your preferences between app launches;
- to respond if you contact us for support;
- to troubleshoot issues, analyze basic usage trends, and improve reliability when diagnostics are enabled;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights if necessary.
## Local Storage
The App stores data locally on your device, including gameplay state, saved sessions, history, settings, custom nicknames, analytics consent preference, and similar app preferences.
You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device. Some Apple system backups may retain app data depending on your iCloud or device backup settings.
## Sharing and Exports
The App lets you export or share content such as game history CSV files or bingo card PDF files. These files are created locally and shared only when you use the iOS share sheet or another export action. The destination app or service you select handles that content under its own privacy policy.
## Ads and Tracking
The current iOS App does not display ads.
We do not use App Tracking Transparency, IDFA, personalized advertising, mobile advertising SDK tracking, or advertising cookies in the current iOS App.
If ads are added in a future iOS release, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before release.
## Analytics and Crash Reports
The App includes optional analytics and crash reporting.
Analytics and crash reports are off by default. On first launch, the App asks whether you want to share diagnostics. You can also change this choice later in Settings using the "Share Analytics & Crash Reports" control.
When enabled, the App may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to process app usage events and diagnostic information. When disabled, the App does not intentionally send analytics events or crash reports through these services.
## Purchases
The current iOS App does not show ads and does not expose a remove-ads purchase while ads are disabled.
If in-app purchases are enabled in a future version, purchases will be processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple. We may receive purchase status or entitlement information needed to unlock purchased features.
## Third-Party Links
The App may link to external websites, including:
- the App privacy policy page;
- the SN3 Apps developer website;
- the App Store listing when you share the App.
External websites and services are controlled by their own providers. Their privacy practices are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
## Service Providers
We may use service providers to operate and improve the App, including:
- Apple, for App Store distribution, app sharing, system services, and any App Store developer reports;
- Google Firebase, for optional analytics and crash reporting if you choose to share diagnostics.
These service providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
## Cookies
The native iOS App does not use cookies. External websites opened from the App may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.
## Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is intended as a general recreational bingo caller and does not include gambling, betting, prizes, raffles, or real-money play.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at supportnewagedev@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
## International Transfers
If you contact us, if Apple provides developer reports, or if you enable diagnostics processed by Firebase, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We handle such information according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
## Data Retention
Local App data remains on your device until you delete it in the App where available, overwrite it through normal use, or delete the App.
Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
## Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
## Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for personal information we process.
To make a privacy request, email supportnewagedev@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.
For data stored only on your device, we may not be able to access, correct, or delete it directly. You can delete the App to remove locally stored App data from your device, subject to your Apple backup settings.
## United States Privacy Notice
For the current iOS App, we do not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process personal information for targeted advertising.
The App does not collect precise geolocation, biometric information, protected classifications, or sensitive personal information for its own purposes.
If diagnostics are enabled, we may process identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information in limited diagnostic contexts, such as Firebase installation/session identifiers, app usage events, crash reports, and technical device/app information.
If you contact us for support, we may process identifiers such as your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this information to respond to you and manage support requests.
## Do Not Track
The native iOS App does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because those signals apply to web browsing. External websites opened from the App may handle such signals according to their own policies.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be identified by the "Last updated" date above.
