1.      What data we collected from you?

For better using services in our App and improve our services for you, we will collect data from your device, such as:

Your device data (e.g., device name, device model,  system, language, SDK/API/JS code version, IP address, app identifier, app version, independent deice identifier, the terminal device operating system version, the location of the language, the time zone and the network state, and advertising placement id, device screen size) We collect your device information in order to provide you better experience.

When you access the service through any third-party service (such as google firebase, etc.) or from any device, you allow us to access certain information stored on these third-party services, such as:

 IP address,  Google Advertising ID, Data about your device (e.g., device type, technological information), Advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID) Internet browser user-agent used to access the Services.

The information collected by third-party SDKs is managed by the providers of these SDKs, and we have no control over such third parties. Include: Firebase, Google Analytics. 

We access the Facebook SDK to collect some information, the main content and the permissions that need to be obtained are:

1. Automatically record events

2. Obtain device consent

3. Collection of advertiser IDs 

2.      How we use your data and protect them?

• Collect these data to improve our app and service, such as data analysis, app testing and reporting, etc. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interests for running our business, provision of administration and services.

• We may use analysis tools (which may include third-party analysis tools) for research, investigation and analysis, 

3.      How we share and transfer your data?

• We may provide your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information to our employees, our affiliates or affiliates for legitimate business purposes.  We require these parties to agree to the processing of such information in accordance with our privacy policy contained herein.

•  We may disclose your personal information to our third-party partners, including advertisers and data tracking companies. These business partners may use your personal information to show you advertisements, measure your ad/site interaction, and better understand the site and app traffic usage or user behavior in order to improve their services. Such partners’ use of the information that we disclose to them will be governed by their privacy policies.

• Government agencies or other public agencies,  if required by law, or if we truly believe that such actions are necessary to comply with all and any applicable laws, or where we need to respond to government, regulatory, administrative or court orders or orders, subpoenas or search warrants, or to combat fraud and illegal activities.

• If you choose to use the service or provide us with your information, your information may be transmitted via your mobile phone to our or our third-party partners' server or database for processing and maintenance, which may be located outside of your country or jurisdiction (including the United States).

4. What permissions do we use to get your data 

• Read Phone status: acquire a unique ID of each device 

• Internet: receive data from internet 

• Record Audio: Record and get the conversation of AI

• Write External Storage: Save audio files

• Read Phone State: Get permission to open
