AZ Team ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PushUp Time mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Our App is designed to prioritize user privacy. Most processing happens locally on your device.
A. Camera Data (TrueDepth / Standard Camera)
What we access: The App requires access to your device's camera to function. How we use it: We use the camera exclusively for real-time pose detection (using Google ML Kit) to count your exercises (e.g., push-ups, squats). Storage & Sharing:
Camera data is processed instantly and locally on your device.
We do not record, save, store, or transmit any video or photos from your camera to our servers or any third parties.
The data is discarded immediately after the pose is analyzed.
B. Screen Time and App Usage (Family Controls)
What we access: The App uses Apple's FamilyControls and DeviceActivity frameworks to function as an app blocker. How we use it:
To restrict access to specific apps based on the limits you set.
To monitor the duration of usage for selected apps to trigger the "shield" (blocker). Storage & Sharing:
All data regarding which apps you use and for how long is opaque to us. The App receives only anonymized tokens and event signals (e.g., "threshold reached") from the iOS system.
We cannot see which specific websites you visit or read the content within the apps you block.
This usage data is stored locally on your device by the iOS system and is not transmitted to our servers.
We may employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"). These third parties may have access to non-personally identifiable information.
A. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use services like Google Firebase Crashlytics to improve the stability of the App.
What is collected: Crash logs, device type, operating system version, and anonymous usage data (e.g., how many times a feature is used).
Purpose: To identify and fix bugs (e.g., app crashes) and improve user experience.
Privacy: These services collect data anonymously and do not identify you personally.
B. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob).
These providers may use identifiers (like the Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
You can opt-out of personalized tracking via your iOS Settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking).
Because our App processes your exercise and screen time data locally on your device, we do not maintain a central database of your personal activity. If you delete the App, your local preferences and earned time data are removed from your device.
Our App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
