Terms of Use for NeuralSound: Vocal Remover AI

Welcome to Neural Sound: NeuralSound: Vocal Remover AI (“the App”), operated by NeuralSound (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App. This Terms & Conditions page is for informational purposes only. The End User License Agreement is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

• By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account & Access

• The App requires Google Sign-In or Continue with Apple for authentication.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• You agree not to share or misuse your account access.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

• Upload content that you do not have the rights to use

• Use the App to infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the App

• Use the App to spread harmful, offensive, or illegal content

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers free trials followed by weekly and monthly subscription plans.

• Payments are processed securely through in-app purchases via App Store Connect.

• All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in App Store Connect.

5. File Processing & Storage

• You may upload audio and video files for AI processing.

• Files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 servers and processed on RunPod servers.

• Files are automatically deleted within 1 day of upload.

• You are solely responsible for the legality of the files you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the App (software, AI models, design, branding) remain our property.

• You retain ownership of the files you upload but grant us a limited license to process them for delivering results.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free processing, or perfect output quality.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 3 months.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

• You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Updates will be posted in the App or on our website.

• Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the changes.
