NeuralSound (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile application NeuralSound: Vocal Remover AI (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

a) Account Information
“Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple” is required to use the App.
We collect your account ID, name, and email address for authentication and account management.

b) Uploaded Content
When you upload audio or video files, these are temporarily stored on our secure servers and Cloudflare R2 storage.
Files are automatically deleted within 1 day of upload.
During this period, you may download input and output files. After 1 day, they are permanently deleted and unavailable.

c) Subscription & Payment Information
Payments and subscriptions are managed via in-app purchases through App Store Connect.
Your payment information (e.g., credit/debit card details) is processed securely by App Store Connect.
We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve app features

• Process audio/video files and deliver results

• Manage authentication and subscriptions

• Communicate with you about your account and updates

• Analyze app performance and improve user experience

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded files are retained for up to 1 day and then permanently deleted.
Account information is retained while your account remains active.
You may request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following services, which may collect information:

• Google Play Services – authentication

• In-app purchases via App Store Connect – subscriptions and payments

• Cloudflare R2 – secure cloud storage

• RunPod – AI model processing infrastructure

5. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child provides personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, update, or delete your data

• Withdraw consent for certain processing

• Request details of how your data is processed
