Order Processing Steps
1. Request Quotation (you need to provide detailed plans, image sizes, materials, and quantities).
-> At this stage, we assess the characteristics of the requested product and consider all buyer's conditions to determine the step-by-step production process and set the pricing, aiming to provide the most reasonable and highest-quality product quotation. If necessary, we also provide comparative quotations.
2. Receive Quotation (1-3 business days).
3. Request production or design plan.
4. Be informed of lead time and shipping schedule, final price and payment method (1-2 days).
5. Select the payment method.
6. Complete payment.
7-1. Start sample and prototype production
7-2. After the completion of the first sample, we will provide you with photos and videos for your confirmation before proceeding with additional production to make sure.

9-1. Be informed when finishing production.
9-2. We release the product from our atelier and Ship (or send the design files).
10. Receive the products at your address (receive the plan via your email address).
