1. Content Strategy & Branding
I crafted a content strategy that showcased the lifestyle and culture of 3.14 PROJECT, combining the love for cycling with the joy of a good coffee. From highlighting bike repairs to showcasing our cozy coffee corner, every post was designed to capture the shop's dual essence.
I used Instagram reels and stories to highlight bike repair tips, rental showcases, and customer experiences. By mixing behind-the-scenes glimpses of our baristas in action and our bike experts working their magic, I kept the audience engaged and eager to visit.
I created interactive posts like polls, Q&A sessions, and user-generated content to foster engagement. Encouraging customers to share their experiences and tag us helped to organically grow our following and build a loyal community.
4. Event Promotions
I promoted in-store events, like Music Lives and coffee-tasting sessions, to drive foot traffic. By using event countdowns, live updates, and highlights, I kept our followers in the loop and excited about upcoming happenings.
