From airport gates to video editing, funnels and workflow flows...and still traveling 

I started out managing complaints at an airport gate, troubleshooting broken bookings as a helpdesk analyst, coordinating international relocations, and later supervising operations for a global events company which taught me two things fast: how to stay calm when everything is on fire, and how to build a process so it doesn't catch fire again. That corporate stretch gave me a real education in systems, escalation, and keeping a lot of moving parts from falling apart under pressure. Somewhere along the way I fell into video editing, funnels, automations, and digital storytelling, and never really left.

 These days I help independent creators, coaches, and small purpose-led businesses turn what's in their heads — a retreat, a program, a message worth spreading into something people can actually see, feel, and act on. I'm the person who can shoot down the rabbit hole of a 90-minute recording and come back up with the three minutes that matter, then quietly go build the email sequence and landing page around it too.

I care about who I work with almost as much as what I'm creating. I'm drawn to people doing things differently: holistic practitioners, retreat leaders, alternative healers, educators, founders who measure success by more than the invoice. If your business has a reason behind it, we'll probably get along.

Tech doesn't scare me it's kind of my favourite toy. I like automations that quietly save someone six hours a week, and I like the challenge of making a system feel invisible so the human part of the business can stay human.
