"KU Ansættelsespolitik for ledere" (internal UCPH rules describing how prorector, deans and head of departments are hired. In particular note the extreme limited researcher involment in these procedures! These are internal UCPH rules that can be changed!)

(It's like "Simon says...": if you want to change something you better start your sentence with "The strategy says...".; Luckily it starts "Et universitet på højeste internationale niveau kræver stærke videnskabelige miljøer. KU (and Science, SUND, Søndre Campus) rules for recruiting e.g, faculty-VIP. Note that these are WAY more detailed than what is specified in "ansættelsesbekendtgørelsen", and are internal KU rules. (Note, you need KU-id for this on.)
