BEL AJOUT PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us") operates the InvoicePro Offline mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users.
This Privacy Policy explains how our App handles user information. Because InvoicePro Offline is designed as a fully offline-first utility, your privacy is fully protected by default.
No Cloud Data Collection: InvoicePro Offline does not collect, transmit, upload, or store any personal data, business profiles, client details, transaction records, or financial information to any external servers, APIs, cloud services, or third parties.
100% Offline Storage: All information you input into the App (including business names, tax details, customer records, items/products, and generated invoices) is saved exclusively on your own device inside a private, local SQLite database.
No Internet Access: The App does not request, require, or use Android's internet connection permissions. It cannot transmit your data over the internet.
The App may request local device permissions to function correctly:
Storage / Files Permission: Required solely to save generated PDF invoices locally to your device’s application directory, so that you can view, print, or share them.
We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tracking libraries (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics), account logins, or ad networks that collect or track user data.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it. We cannot share, sell, distribute, or leak your data to any third parties.
Any sharing of invoices (e.g., via WhatsApp, Email, or Bluetooth) is initiated manually and exclusively by you using Android's native share sheet features.
Your data is protected by the native security policies of the Android operating system. We recommend securing your physical device with a passcode or biometric lock to prevent unauthorized access to your locally stored records.
Our App does not collect any data, making it safe and compliant for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the App is offline, we will notify you of any changes by updating the Privacy Policy section inside the "About" screen of the App.
