Invoice Generator is developed and provided by IT FLOW. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your information is handled. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data. Invoice Generator is designed to respect user privacy and primarily operates offline. The App does not collect or transmit personal, business, or invoice-related data, except for limited anonymous analytics information as described in this policy.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Invoice Generator is designed to operate 100% offline.
The app does not require an internet connection for normal use.
All core features work completely offline, including:
Invoice creation
Invoice history tracking
Client management
Template selection
Logo and signature uploads
The app does not send invoice data, client data, or business information to any external servers.
All user-generated content and documents are stored locally on the user’s device only.
Internet access is used only for Firebase Analytics, which collects anonymous usage data to help improve app performance and stability. No personal, invoice, or client data is transmitted.
Personal and Business Data
Invoice Generator does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal, business, or invoice-related data such as invoices, client information, or company details with us or with any external servers.
All information you enter in the app, including:
Client details
Invoice items
Invoice history
Uploaded logos
Signatures
Company information
Generated PDF files
is stored locally on your device’s internal or external storage, depending on your device settings and preferences.
We do not have access to this data.
The App uses your device’s:
Internal storage (for storing app data)
External storage (to save or export invoice PDFs, logos, or signatures)
You have full control over adding, editing, or deleting your data at any time.
The App allows users to select images from their device gallery for logos and signatures. The App accesses only the image(s) explicitly selected by the user and does not upload, store remotely, or share these images.
We use Firebase Analytics, a Google service, to collect anonymous and aggregated usage information in order to understand app performance and improve user experience.
Firebase Analytics may collect limited technical information such as:
Approximate device location (non-precise)
Device identifiers
App interaction data
Purchase status (for analytics purposes only)
This data does not include invoice content, client information, personal identity, or business data.
We do not link analytics data to individual users, and it is never used for advertising or shared for marketing purposes.
Invoice Generator is a paid app.
Once the App is purchased, users can use it lifetime.
Payment processing is handled solely by Google Play, and we do not receive or store any payment information.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.
8. Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your information depends on your device’s operating system and security settings.
We recommend:
Enabling device lock (PIN, password, biometrics)
Keeping your device updated
We never access or transmit your data.
Because the App stores all data locally:
You can delete invoices, client data, logos, and signatures at any time from your device.
Uninstalling the App will remove all stored data (unless you exported or saved files externally).
We do not control or back up your data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
