2.1. The Company does not directly collect personal data for its own storage or databases.

2.2. The App allows users to input and store information such as:

• Client names and contact details

• Company information

• Invoice data (items, pricing, notes)

2.3. This data is primarily stored locally on the user’s device (e.g., Core Data, UserDefaults).

2.4. Depending on enabled features, data may also be processed by third-party services as described below.

3. iCloud Data Storage

3.1. The App may use Apple iCloud services to synchronize user data across devices.

3.2. When iCloud is enabled:

• User data may be transmitted to and stored in Apple’s cloud infrastructure

• Data is managed by Apple under the user’s Apple ID

3.3. The Company does not control or access iCloud data directly.

4. AI Features (OpenAI)

4.1. The App may provide AI-powered features (such as invoice parsing, suggestions, or text generation).

4.2. When using these features, user-provided content (for example):

• Invoice text

• Client or company data

• Notes or descriptions

may be sent to third-party AI services, such as OpenAI, for processing.

4.3. This data is transmitted securely and used solely to provide the requested functionality.

4.4. The Company does not store this data after processing unless explicitly stated.

5. Analytics

5.1. The App may use analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymous usage data, including:

• App interactions

6.1. The App offers optional paid subscriptions.

6.2. All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store.

6.3. The Company does not receive or store:
