1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is needed to provide the App's features:

• Account information. Your email address and password are used to create and secure your account. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never store your password in readable form.

• Business information you provide. Data you enter into the App, such as your company profile (name, address, phone, email, and logo), your clients' details, invoices, quotations, items, prices, and revenue records.

• Documents you generate. Invoices and quotations you create as PDFs, which are produced on your device and may be saved or shared by you.

The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not collect your location, contacts, or browsing history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in.

• To store and display your invoices, quotations, clients, items, and reports.

• To generate invoice and quotation documents that you can save or share.

• To manage your subscription and the access level of your account.

• To respond to your support requests and maintain the security of the App.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), which run on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and protected by Firebase's security rules so that you can only access your own records.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

To keep you signed in, the App stores a secure authentication token in your device's local storage. When you choose to export or share an invoice or quotation, the App may save a PDF file to your device and use your device's sharing options. These files remain under your control on your device.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers that operate the App's infrastructure, such as Google Firebase, acting as our data processor.

• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or permanent deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below. We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Google Firebase. Your use of these services is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
