A. Local Data Storage (Your Invoices & Business Data) Invoice2Win is designed with your privacy in mind. All the business data you enter into the App—including client details, invoice amounts, company logos, digital signatures, and notes—is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or store your personal business data on any external servers. Your business data belongs to you 100%.
B. Subscription and Payment Information All payment processes and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple (App Store). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, billing information, or personal identity related to purchases.
C. Automatically Collected Information (Analytics & Performance) To improve our service and ensure App stability, we collect anonymized data through Google Firebase:
Firebase Analytics: To understand how users interact with the App (e.g., which screens are visited) using anonymized identifiers.
Firebase Crashlytics: To collect anonymized crash reports so we can identify and fix technical issues.
Device Information: Non-identifiable information such as device model, operating system version, and approximate location (country level).
2. How We Use Your Information
We only use the minimal non-personal data collected to:
Provide and maintain the features of the App.
Monitor App performance and fix technical bugs.
Analyze anonymized usage trends to improve the user experience.
Verify App Store purchase status to unlock premium features.

Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all your saved invoices and settings. This action cannot be undone.
