1. How do I create my first invoice?
On the main screen, tap the "+" button (or "New Invoice"). You can then enter your client's details, add line items with prices, and set your tax/discount rates. Once you're done, switch over to the Preview tab to see how it looks before exporting!
2. Why am I seeing a "Paywall" or Subscription prompt?
Creating and editing invoices is completely free. However, actually generating the final PDF document or exporting the invoice as a high-quality Image requires an active subscription. Upgrading to the Premium version supports our development and unlocks unlimited exports!
3. Where is my invoice data saved?
Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. All your invoices, clients, and history are stored 100% locally on your device. We do not use any external servers or cloud databases to store your business information.
4. What happens if I uninstall the app or get a new phone?
Because we prioritize your privacy by keeping everything strictly on your local device, uninstalling the app will permanently delete your stored invoices and client history. Pro Tip: We highly recommend exporting your important invoices as PDFs and saving them securely to your phone's "Files" app or iCloud Drive just in case!
5. How can I change the language or my default currency?
Head over to the Settings tab (the gear icon). From there, you can easily select your preferred language (we support over 15+ languages) and change the default currency symbol that appears on your generated invoices.
6. I upgraded to Premium, but my features are still locked. What should I do?
If you've already purchased a subscription but the app is still asking you to pay:
Tap on the "Preview" or "Export" button to bring up the subscription screen.
Tap the "Restore Purchases" button.
Apple will securely verify your previous transaction and unlock your access immediately.
