Welcome to BingeTry. These Terms of Service govern your use of the BingeTry mobile application on Android and iOS, including AI virtual try-on, garment/product shoot, image generation, image history, sharing, purchases, BingeCoins, and related services.
By downloading, installing, signing in to, purchasing through, or using BingeTry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use BingeTry. If you are under the age of majority, you may use BingeTry only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for complying with local laws where you use the app.
BingeTry provides AI-powered fashion and image tools, including:
virtual try-on using a portrait image and garment/outfit image;
garment or product shoot image generation;
import of product or shopping URLs shared from other apps;
image upload, save, share, report, and history features;
BingeCoins used to access paid AI generations.
AI outputs are synthetic approximations. They may not accurately represent real-world fit, fabric, color, sizing, body proportions, lighting, or product appearance. Do not rely only on BingeTry for purchasing decisions.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Some features require sign-in. BingeTry supports Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple where available. Authentication may be handled through Firebase Authentication.
You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not use another person’s account, impersonate anyone, or provide false information.
You may request account deletion from the account/settings area in the app. Account deletion may permanently remove your account data, eligible app data, and BingeCoins balance. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, security, or compliance records may be retained where required.
“User Content” means photos, portraits, garment images, product images, shopping links, text inputs, reports, and other content you provide to BingeTry.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading or sharing User Content with BingeTry, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use it only as needed to operate the app, generate outputs, provide history, support users, enforce safety rules, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use the content you provide.
BingeTry uses AI and image-processing providers, including Google Gemini and other service providers, to generate synthetic images.
You may use generated images for lawful personal use, social sharing, and lawful business or product-listing use, provided you comply with these Terms, third-party platform rules, applicable laws, and any required disclosure that the image is AI-generated.
You may not use generated content to mislead, defame, impersonate, harass, exploit, sexualize, or harm any person, or to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, consumer protection, advertising, or platform rules.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, copyrightable, commercially usable, accurate, or free from third-party claims.
You must not use BingeTry to create, upload, share, or request:
nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content;
non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes;
content involving sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors;
deceptive impersonation, scams, or fraud;
hateful, harassing, violent, or illegal content;
content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
malware, scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass payment, credits, security, or rate limits.
We may remove content, reject generations, suspend accounts, revoke promotional credits, or report illegal activity where appropriate.
BingeTry includes in-app reporting for generated content. Reports may be reviewed to improve safety, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, and comply with app-store policies.
BingeCoins are digital in-app credits used only within BingeTry. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
BingeCoins may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. RevenueCat is used to manage offerings, purchase status, and BingeCoins balance.
Available packages may include 5, 20, and 50 BingeCoins, or other packages shown in the app. Prices, taxes, currency, and availability are controlled by the relevant app store and may vary by country.
Purchased BingeCoins do not expire while your account remains active, except where account deletion, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or platform rules require otherwise. Free or promotional BingeCoins may be limited, revoked for abuse, or subject to eligibility rules.
A BingeCoin may be consumed when an AI generation is successfully processed or delivered. If you believe coins were deducted due to a technical error, contact hello@bingetry.com.
All iOS purchases are processed by Apple. All Android purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s or Google Play’s refund policies.
BingeTry cannot directly issue App Store or Google Play refunds outside the mechanisms provided by those platforms, but you may contact us for support if a purchase or credit balance does not appear correctly.
On Android, your use of purchases is subject to Google Play’s billing and refund rules.
On iOS, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s App Store and Apple Media Services terms. If these Terms are treated as a custom end-user license agreement for iOS, you and BingeTry acknowledge that the agreement is between you and BingeTry, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, support, claims, or content, except as required by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for purposes of enforcing applicable iOS app license terms.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using BingeTry.
BingeTry may use third-party services including Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Gemini, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, cloud hosting/storage, and AI/image-processing providers.
Third-party shopping links, product pages, or product images remain controlled by their respective owners. BingeTry is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, delivery, or quality of third-party products or websites.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and delete information, including account details, selected images, generated content, analytics, purchase records, and device identifiers used for free-credit eligibility and fraud prevention.
By using BingeTry, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
On Android, BingeTry may use notifications and a foreground service to show progress while image generation is running. On iOS, background processing is subject to iOS system limits and may stop if the app is force-quit.
BingeTry, including the app, design, software, branding, logo, user interface, and related technology, is owned by BingeTry / Invent Apps or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the app or its underlying systems.
You may stop using BingeTry at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create safety or legal risk, abuse purchases or credits, or if required by law or platform rules.
Upon termination, your right to use the app ends. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and payment-related provisions, will survive.
BingeTry is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, exact AI results, availability of any provider, or that generated images will meet your expectations.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unrealistic, biased, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BingeTry, Invent Apps, and our service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for BingeCoins in the 90 days before the claim or USD 10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BingeTry, Invent Apps, and our officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your User Content, your generated content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@bingetry.com and try to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the courts of India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made. Continued use of BingeTry after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
