Investar USA

Investar USA has been revitalizing multifamily communities in the southern US region via the acquisition, renovation, repositioning and management of real estate assets. Led by directors Ron Cadman and Travis Cadman, the company started with single-family homes. From 2008 to 2017, Investar USA acquired, renovated, tenanted, and eventually sold a portfolio of SFH units in Greater Phoenix, Arizona.

In 2013, the company began focusing on repositioning multifamily projects. It acquired several apartment complexes in Arizona, Texas and Nevada. The properties were renovated and throughout the process, Investar USA strategically changed the tenant profile to higher income residents, resulting in a substantial value add to the projects.
