“InvenBase”(the "Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service stores, how it is used, and how it is protected.
The Service does not require account registration. Information entered by the user is not transmitted over the network and is stored only on the user's device.
a. Types of Information Stored
- Information stored on the device during use
- Item information (name, location, category, memo)
- Photos taken or selected (stored locally on the device)
- App settings (e.g., theme)
- Information collected by third parties (Google AdMob) for advertising services
- Coarse location data
- Device indentifiers
- Advertising data
- Product interaction data
- Diagnostic data (crash data, performance data)
b. Storage Method
- Information created by the user through input, selection, or photography is stored in local device storage.
The Service uses the stored information for the following purposes:
- Service functionality: item registration/lookup/management, photo attachment, search and filters, and other core features
- Service improvement: troubleshooting and improving user experience (processed in a non-identifiable form)
The Service retains the data on the device until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app.

The Service uses Google AdMob for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect the following information to provide personalized ads:
- Coarse location data
- Device identifiers
- Advertising data and product interaction data
- Diagnostic data (crash data, performance data)
This information is used solely for advertising display and analytics purposes. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Personal information directly entered by users (item information, photos, etc.) is not shared with third parties and is not outsourced to any external provider.
User data is deleted without delay once the purpose of use has been fulfilled.
a. Deletion Process
- Users can delete stored data via [Settings > Delete All Data] in the app.
- When the app is uninstalled, data stored on the device is deleted according to the operating system's policies.
b. Deletion Method
- Data is deleted from local device storage in a manner that makes recovery difficult.
- Users can view, edit, and delete their data at any time within the app.
- Data deletion: Delete directly via [Setting > Delete All Data].
This Service does not user cookies.
The Google AdMob SDK may collect advertising-related information to display ads. For iOS users, you can choose whether to allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt when the app is first launched.
- If you allow tracking: Personalized ads based on your interests will be displayed.
- If you deny tracking: Non-personalized, general ads will be displayed.
You an change your tracking settings at any time in your device's [Settings > Privacy > Tracking].
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, we will notify users through in-app notices or other appropriate means.
